हाईटेक कैमरों से संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों की 24×7 निगरानी, आपदा प्रबंधन को मिली तकनीकी मजबूती

देहरादून, 12 अगस्त। जनपद देहरादून में आपदा प्रबंधन व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के लिए संवेदनशील आपदा क्षेत्रों और प्रमुख पर्यटन स्थलों पर हाई डेफिनिशन पीटीजेड कैमरे लगाए जा रहे हैं। इन कैमरों के जरिए सहस्त्रधारा, कार्लीगाड़ और गुच्चूपानी सहित प्रमुख क्षेत्रों की जिला आपदा परिचालन केंद्र से 24×7 रियल टाइम निगरानी की जा रही है। मालदेवता में भी कैमरे लगाने का कार्य जारी है।

कैमरों के माध्यम से जलस्तर में अचानक वृद्धि, असामान्य गतिविधियों अथवा किसी आपात स्थिति की तत्काल जानकारी मिल सकेगी। इससे संभावित खतरे का समय रहते आकलन कर राहत एवं बचाव कार्य तेजी से शुरू करने में मदद मिलेगी। साथ ही, पर्यटन स्थलों पर पर्यटकों की गतिविधियों और सुरक्षा पर भी लगातार नजर रखी जा सकेगी।

जिलाधिकारी डॉ. आशीष चौहान ने बताया कि प्रारंभिक चरण में आपदा की दृष्टि से संवेदनशील कार्लीगाड़ में कैमरे स्थापित कर दिए गए हैं। सहस्त्रधारा, मालदेवता और गुच्चूपानी में पर्यटकों की अधिक आवाजाही को देखते हुए निगरानी व्यवस्था को और मजबूत किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों की रियल टाइम मॉनिटरिंग जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है।

जिला प्रशासन की इस पहल से आपदा की स्थिति में अर्ली अलर्ट, त्वरित सूचना और राहत-बचाव कार्यों को गति मिलेगी। साथ ही प्रमुख पर्यटन स्थलों पर पर्यटकों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने में भी तकनीक की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रहेगी।
