डीएम का सख्त एक्शन, कंपनियों को हटाया, 47 वार्डो में कूड़ा उठान के लिए निविदा आमंत्रित…

देहरादून: शहर में कूड़ा उठान की लचर व्यवस्था पर प्रदर्शन में सुधार के लिए दी गई समयावधि में कुछ खास सुधार न होने की वजह से डीएम सविन बसंल के निर्देश पर नगर निगम देहरादून अन्तर्गत 47 वार्डो से डोर-टू-डोर कूड़ा उठान के लिए निविदाएं आमंत्रित कर दी गई हैं, शीघ्र ही 26 अन्य वार्डों से डोर-टू-डोर कूड़ा उठान हेतु निविदा आमंत्रित कर दी जाएगी।

नगर निगम के 47 वार्डों से डोर-2-डोर कूड़ा उठान का कार्य वाटरग्रेस कम्पनी देख रही है तथा 26 वार्डो में कूड़ा उठान का कार्य इकोनवेस्ट मैनेजमेंट के पास है। लम्बे से समय से डोर-टू-डोर कूड़ा उठान की शिकायतें प्राप्त हो रही थी, जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने जिलाधिकारी देहरादून एवं प्रशासक का पदभार ग्रहण करने ही शहर की डोर-टू-डोर कूड़ा उठान एवं सफाई व्यवस्था पर सख्त रूख अपनाएं हुए है।

इन कम्पनियों पर मानक के अनुसार कूड़ा उठान कार्य न करने पर भारी भरकम अर्थदण्ड की कार्यवाही भी की गई हैं, किन्तु इसके इतर कम्पनी द्वारा अपने प्रदर्शन में सुधार नही किया गया तथा आए दिन जनमानस की शिकायतें मिलती रही, जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने सख्त कदम उठाते हुए इन कार्यों हेतु निविदा के माध्यम से नई कम्पनियों को आमंत्रित किया है।

वाटरग्रेस कम्पनी तथा इकोनवेस्ट मैनेजमेंट से वापस लिया जा रहा है डोर-टू-डोर कूड़ा कलैक्शन का कार्य

दोनो ही कम्पनियों की मिल रही हैं शिकायतें, कई बार पेनल्टी एवं चेतावनी के बाद भी नही कलेक्शन का प्रदर्शन नहीं सुधर पाया है, कर्मचारियों की ड्रेस, आईडी कार्ड एवं वाहनों की फिटनेस में अर्थदण्ड की कार्यवाही तथा चेतावनी के बाद भी कोई सुधार देखने को नहीं मिला है।
