मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने महिला सशक्तिकरण की योजनाओं के Performance Audit के निर्देश दिए

देहरादून: महिला सशक्तिकरण की विभिन्न योजनाओ की शुरूआत से अभी तक कितनी महिलाओं को लाभ पंहुचा हैं, इस सम्बन्ध में सटीक जानकारी तलब करते हुए मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने महिला सशक्तिकरण से जुड़ी सभी योजनाओं के Performance Audit करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

सीएस ने योजनाओं के लक्षित वर्ग पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव के आधार पर योजनाओं के गुणवत्ता में सुधार करते हुए रिमॉडयूलेशन के निर्देश दिए हैं। मुख्य सचिव ने सचिव स्तर पर इन योजनाओं के रिमॉडयूलेशन के ड्राफ्ट पर कार्य करने की जिम्मेदारी तय की है। लक्षित वर्ग को योजनाओं का अधिकतम लाभ पहुंचाने को लेकर मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती रतूड़ी ने योजनाओं के प्रभाव मूल्यांकन की हिदायत दी है।

मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी आज सचिवालय में महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग के तहत उत्तराखण्ड महिला एवं बाल विकास समिति की महासभा की वार्षिक बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रही थी।

मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने सचिव महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास को मुख्यमंत्री महिला सतत आजीविका योजना के साथ ही विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा संचालित महिलाओं की आजीविका से जुड़ी सभी योजनाओं को जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने बालिका शिक्षा प्रोत्साहन के तहत मेधावी छात्राओं हेतु देशभर में शैक्षिक भ्रमण करवाने की योजना पर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

राज्य के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में भी महिलाओं एवं बालिकाओं में मासिक धर्म के दौरान स्वच्छता को प्रोत्साहित करने को लेकर मुख्य सचिव ने आंगनबाड़ियों के माध्यम से सैनेटरी नैपकिन के वितरण की कार्ययोजना पर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने महिलाओं हेतु एनिमिया उन्मूलन अभियान को जन अभियान बनाते हुए गम्भीरता से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

बैठक के दौरान मुख्य सचिव को बाल कल्याण निधि, किशोरियों, बालिकाओं एवं महिलाओं हेतु सैनेटरी नैपकिन योजना, मुख्यमंत्री सतत आजीविका योजना एवं उत्तराखण्ड महिला समेकित विकास योजना की वर्ष 2019 से 2024 तक की भौतिक एवं वित्तीय प्रगति से अवगत कराया गया।

बैठक में सचिव चंद्रेश यादव, विनय शंकर पाण्डेय, नीरज खैरवाल सहित शिक्षा, वित्त, स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
