देहरादून: देश के अग्रणी सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंक, पंजाब नैशनल बैंक (पीएनबी) ने आईटीबीपी के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर किए।
एस.पी. सिंह, महाप्रबंधक पीएनबी और एस.सी. ममगैन, महानिरीक्षक (प्रशासन) ने आईटीबीपी मुख्यालय, सीजीओ कॉम्प्लेक्स, नई दिल्ली में एमओयू पर हस्ताक्षर किए। एमओयू का आदान-प्रदान विनय कुमार गुप्ता, मुख्य महाप्रबंधक पीएनबी, विकास बर्मन, डीआईजी (प्रशासन) तथा बैंक और आईटीबीपी के अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में किया गया।
आईटीबीपी कर्मियों को दी जाने वाली प्रमुख विशेषताएं इस प्रकार हैं:
व्यक्तिगत दुर्घटना बीमा – ₹100 लाख
हवाई दुर्घटना बीमा – ₹150 लाख रुपये
स्थायी/आंशिक विकलांगता कवरेज – ₹100 लाख
अभियानों के दौरान मृत्यु का अतिरिक्त कवर – ₹10 लाख
परिवहन सहित आयातित दवाओं की लागत – ₹10 लाख
एयर एम्बुलेंस लागत – ₹10 लाख तक
इसके अतिरिक्त, रक्षक खाता धारक के आश्रितों और परिवारों को कई अन्य लाभ दिए जा रहे हैं। बैंक उन सभी आईटीबीपी पेंशनभोगियों को ₹50 लाख का आजीवन व्यक्तिगत दुर्घटना बीमा (पीएआई), ₹100 लाख का हवाई दुर्घटना बीमा (एएआई) और कई अन्य लाभ भी दे रहा है, जो पीएनबी से पेंशन प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।
बैंक ‘हिमवीरों’ के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता को लेकर समर्पित है और भविष्य में भी इसे जारी रखने का प्रयास करेगा।
