देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को सचिवालय स्थित वीर चन्द्र सिंह गढ़वाली सभागार में हरिद्वार में आयोजित होने वाले कुंभ मेला-2027 की तैयारियों के संबंध में समीक्षा बैठक की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि कुंभ से संबंधित सभी तैयारियां अक्टूबर माह तक पूर्ण कर ली जाएं। कुंभ की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए सभी निर्माण कार्य तय समय सीमा के भीतर पूरे हों और गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। शासन स्तर पर कोई भी फाइल लंबित न रहे। किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही पर संबंधित अधिकारियों की जवाबदेही तय की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार की प्राथमिकता कुंभ मेले का भव्य, दिव्य और सफल आयोजन है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने सचिव, लोक निर्माण विभाग को अगले 24 घंटे के भीतर कुंभ मेले के लिए टेक्निकल अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। कुंभ क्षेत्र में बने सभी पुलों का ऑडिट कराने तथा सभी घाटों के सौंदर्यीकरण और आवश्यकता अनुसार पुनर्निर्माण के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि हर की पैड़ी के साथ अन्य घाटों पर भी श्रद्धालुओं के लिए समुचित स्नान व्यवस्था की जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने मेला क्षेत्र की स्वच्छता के लिए विस्तृत कार्ययोजना तैयार करने, प्रमुख स्थानों पर शौचालय और पेयजल की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था करने को कहा। सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के तहत पर्याप्त पुलिस बल, जल पुलिस की तैनाती तथा ड्रोन, सीसीटीवी और अन्य आधुनिक उपकरणों के उपयोग के निर्देश दिए गए। कानून व्यवस्था, पार्किंग और भीड़ प्रबंधन के लिए अलग से व्यापक योजना बनाने को भी कहा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कुंभ क्षेत्र में अखाड़ों को भूमि आवंटन समय पर करने और इसकी नियमित मॉनिटरिंग मेलाधिकारी द्वारा सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। अखाड़ों, मठों, संत समाज, विभिन्न संस्थाओं, समितियों और स्थानीय लोगों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर उनके सुझावों के अनुरूप व्यवस्थाएं करने को कहा। श्रद्धालुओं को आवागमन में परेशानी न हो, इसके लिए अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ अभियान चलाने के निर्देश भी दिए।
वन संबंधी मामलों में समय से अनुमति लेने और अन्य राज्यों के साथ समन्वय बनाए रखने को कहा गया। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि मेले से जुड़े विकास कार्य कागजों के साथ-साथ धरातल पर भी दिखाई देने चाहिए। उन्होंने आवास, टेंट सिटी, अस्थायी अस्पताल, एम्बुलेंस और मोबाइल चिकित्सा दल की व्यवस्था समय पर सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कुंभ मेला हमारी संस्कृति और आस्था से जुड़ा अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण आयोजन है। इसे सफल बनाना हम सभी का कर्तव्य है, ताकि यहां आने वाला हर श्रद्धालु अच्छा अनुभव लेकर जाए।
