पुलिस अधीक्षक (यातायात) एवं क्षेत्राधिकारी, मसूरी का पार्किंग स्थल पर व्यवस्था बनाये रखना, वाहनों को पदजमतबमचज कर पार्किंग स्थलों पर डायवर्ट करवाना तथा क्रमवार यात्रियों के वाहनों को बिना असुविधा संचालन का दायित्व होगा।

पार्किंग हेतु समुचित मूलभूत सुविधायें एंव आवश्यक व्यवस्थायें यथा पार्किंग स्थलों का संचालन, प्रकाश व्यवस्था, मोबाईल टायलेट्स, पेयजल सुनिश्चित की जाए, जिससे कि किसी भी दशा में कानून एवं शान्ति व्यवस्था बाधित न हो। शटल सेवा के माध्यम से लाईब्रेरी एवं पिक्चरपैलेस तक आने वाले यात्रियों हेतु पर्याप्त मात्रा में रिक्शा एवं गोल्फ कार्ट की व्यवस्था करने का दायित्व अधिशासी अधिकारी नगर पालिका मसूरी एवं अपर नगर आयुक्त नगर निगम देहरादून का होगा।
