बागेश्वर: जनपद में पंचायत चुनावों के लिए नामांकन प्रक्रिया बुधवार को शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से शुरू हो गई है। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं जिलाधिकारी आशीष भटगांई ने सुबह कपकोट विकासखंड कार्यालय पहुंचकर नामांकन प्रक्रिया का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को पारदर्शी और शांतिपूर्ण चुनाव सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी भटगांई ने आरओ और एआरओ को विशेष रूप से निर्देशित किया कि नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से पारदर्शिता के साथ संपन्न होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि प्रत्याशियों द्वारा मांगी गई किसी भी जानकारी को उपलब्ध कराया जाए।
इसके साथ ही, उन्होंने नामांकन पत्रों की गहन परीक्षण करने को कहा, ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की त्रुटि या अनियमितता से बचा जा सके। जिलाधिकारी ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को पुख्ता रखने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि चुनाव प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी भी अप्रिय घटना को रोकने के लिए पुख्ता इंतजाम किए जाएं।
इस दौरान उपजिलाधिकारी कपकोट अनिल सिंह रावत, आरओ अंबरीश रावत सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
