देहरादून: सीएम की प्ररेणा से जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल के प्रोजेक्ट ‘‘नंदा सुनंदा’’ से जिले की बेटियां संशक्त बन रही हैं, इसी क्रम में आज जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल ने कलेेक्ट्रेट परिसर में प्राजेक्ट ‘‘ नंदा-सुनंदा’’ के 3 लाभार्थी बालिकाओं को धनराशि चैक वितरण किए। 03 बालिकाओं को संयुक्त रूप से रू0 98815 की धनराशि का चैक वितरण किया।

प्राजेक्ट नंदा-सुनंदा से अभी तक 13 बालिकाओं को किया गया है लाभान्वित अब तक बालिकाओं की शिक्षा हेतु धनराशि रू0 441501/- के चैक वितरित। पूर्व जिन बालिकाओं को आर्थिक सहायता दी गई उन सभी की शिक्षा प्रारम्भ हो गई है।

जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि जिले की प्रत्येक असहाय पात्र बालिका का चयन कर उसे प्राजेक्ट नंदा-सुनंदा से लाभान्वित करना है इस कार्य में बाल विकास, समाज कल्याण, महिला कल्याण विभाग की भूमिका अहम है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों का पात्र बेटियों के चिन्हिकरण के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया साथ ही कहा कि प्रत्येक असहाय आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर परिवारों तक इस अयोजना की जानकारी भी पंहुचानी है ताकि कोई भी जरूरतमंद बालिका इस योजना से वंचित न रहे।

जिलाधिकारी ने आज की लाभार्थी डालनवाला निवासी बालिका बीएससी फोर्थ सेमेस्टर में अध्ययनरत् है को सहायता राशि प्रदान की तथा बालिका की मास्टर डिग्री की पढाई के लिए जिला प्रशासन प्राजेक्ट नंदा-सुनंदा से मदद जारी रखेगा। जिलाधिकारी ने बेटियों एवं उनके परिजनों से कहा कि आप पढाई जारी रखें, खर्चा जिला प्रशासन वहन करेगा।

जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि गरीब, अनाथ, असहाय और विषम परिस्थितियों रह कर पढ़ने और आगे बढ़ने की इच्छा और सोच रखने वाली बेटियां ही हमारे वास्तविक जीवन की नंदा और सुनंदा देवी है। कठिन परिस्थितियों में रहकर भी ये बेटियां खुद और अपने परिवार को सशक्त बनाना चाहती है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि मा0 मुख्यमंत्री का भी यही संकल्प है कि समाज के ऐसे कमजोर वर्गाे को सशक्त और सुदृढ़ बनाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास किए जाए। कहा कि नंदा सुनंदा योजना में कमजोर वर्ग की बालिकाओं के चयन के लिए जिला स्तर पर समिति गठन के साथ एसओपी तैयार की गई है।

बालिकाओं का चयन जनता दरबार एवं बहुद्देशीय शिविरों में जनपद में विभिन्न सरकारी कार्यालयों के माध्यम ये प्राप्त प्रार्थना पत्र, जिला प्रोबेशन अधिकारी एवं जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी के अधीन बालिका गृहों में निवासरत बालिकायें, जनपद की समस्त आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ती के माध्यम से सर्वे के आधार पर किया जा रहा है और असहाय बालिकाओं की पढ़ाई के लिए आर्थिक सहायता उपलब्ध कराने के साथ ही उनको समाज की मुख्यधारा जोडा जा रहा है।

जनपद में प्रोजेक्ट ‘नंदा-सुनंदा’ के तहत आज जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल एवं मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह ने 03 बालिकाओं को संयुक्त रूप से रू0 98815 की धनराशि का चैक वितरण किया। जिसमें कु0 प्रार्ची मौर्य बीएससी फोर्थ सेमेस्टर 72740, कुमारी अराध्या कक्षा 3 रू0 14600, कु0पूर्वी विरमानी कक्षा 01, रू0 11475 शामिल है। इन बालिकाओं का चयन उनकी विषम परिस्थितियों और गरीबी को देखते हुए किया गया। आर्थिक सहायता धनराशि विद्यालय के खाते में डाली गई।

आर्थिक तंगी और पारिवारिक त्रासदी के कारण जिन बालिकाओं को अपनी पढ़ाई अधूरी छोड़नी पड़ रही है उन बालिकाओं के लिए जिलाधिकारी की यह अभिवन पहल नंदा सुनंदा वरदान साबित हो रही है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि इस प्रोजेक्ट में फंड की कमी नही होने दी जाएगी। जो भी बालिकाएं आर्थिकी तंगी से जुझ रही है वही हमारे जीवन की असली नंदा सुंनदा है। ऐसी बेटियों की पढ़ाई एवं सहायता के लिए हर संभव कदम उठाए जाएंगे।

नैनीताल जिले के जिलाधिकारी रहते हुए संविन बंसल ने नंदा-सुनंदा योजना की शुरुआत की। नैनीताल में उन्होंने 60 बालिकाओं को शैक्षणिक विकास में समृद्ध, सशक्त, सुदृढ़ बनाकर भविष्य को संवारने का काम किया।

देहरादून जनपद में भी योजनाओं की शुरुआत कर जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल जरूरतमंदों बेटियों का भविष्य की उम्मीद जगाने का काम में जुटे है। अभी तक 11 असहाय बालिकाओं की पढ़़ाई को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान कर चुके है और गरीब अनाथ, असहाय बालिकाओं स्नातक, स्नात्तकोत्तर एवं कौशल शिक्षा की जिम्मेदारी उठाते बालिकाओं को स्वावलंबी बनाने की दिशा में कार्य कर रहे हैं।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, डीपीओ (आईसीडीएस) जितेन्द्र कुमार, जिला प्रोबेशन अधिकारी मीना बिष्ट सहित अन्य अधिकारी/कर्मचारी और बालिकाओं के परिजन मौजूद थे।
