देहरादून 22 फरवरी । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को मुख्यमंत्री कैम्प कार्यालय स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में आयोजित संस्कृत छात्र प्रतिभा सम्मान कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने गार्गी बालिका संस्कृत छात्रवृत्ति तथा डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति संस्कृत छात्रवृत्ति विद्यार्थियों को प्रदान की।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रतियोगी परीक्षा स्वाध्याय केंद्र एवं ई-संस्कृत संभाषण शिविर का वर्चुअल शुभारंभ किया तथा उत्तराखण्ड संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय के त्रैमासिक पत्र ‘संस्कृत वार्ता’ का विमोचन भी किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखंड की पहचान केवल ऊंचे पर्वतों और ऐतिहासिक मंदिरों से ही नहीं, बल्कि देववाणी संस्कृत से भी है। वेद, उपनिषद, रामायण, महाभारत, आयुर्वेद, खगोलशास्त्र, गणित और दर्शनशास्त्र जैसे ज्ञान-विज्ञान की जड़ें संस्कृत में निहित हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि संस्कृत अतीत की धरोहर ही नहीं, बल्कि भविष्य की संभावनाओं की भाषा भी है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने पाणिनि की अष्टाध्यायी का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि संस्कृत का वैज्ञानिक व्याकरण आज भी विश्व के भाषाविदों के लिए शोध का विषय है। विश्व के अनेक प्रतिष्ठित विश्वविद्यालयों में संस्कृत की वैज्ञानिकता पर अध्ययन किए जा रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश की सांस्कृतिक विरासत के संरक्षण और संवर्धन के लिए निरंतर कार्य हो रहा है। राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 में संस्कृत को आधुनिक और व्यवहारिक भाषा के रूप में स्थापित करने के प्रयास किए गए हैं। एआई के माध्यम से संस्कृत ग्रंथों को नए स्वरूप में प्रस्तुत किया जा रहा है और साहित्य को ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म पर उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड सदियों से संस्कृत अध्ययन और शोध का केंद्र रहा है। राज्य में संस्कृत को द्वितीय राजभाषा का दर्जा दिया गया है और पहली बार ‘गार्गी संस्कृत बालिका छात्रवृत्ति योजना’ शुरू की गई है। सभी जनपदों में आदर्श संस्कृत ग्रामों की स्थापना भी की गई है। संस्कृत शिक्षा मंत्री धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार संस्कृत शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नवाचार कर रही है।
संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय में सुविधाओं का विस्तार किया गया है और प्रत्येक जनपद में एक संस्कृत ग्राम विकसित किया गया है। संस्कृत को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अलग तंत्र विकसित करने की दिशा में भी कार्य चल रहा है।
इस अवसर पर विधायक सविता कपूर, खजान दास, सचिव संस्कृत शिक्षा दीपक कुमार, कुलपति प्रो. रमाकांत पाण्डेय, निदेशक संस्कृत शिक्षा कंचन देवराड़ी सहित अनेक गणमान्य उपस्थित रहे।
