गरुड़ में सेवा, सुशासन और विकास के तीन वर्ष पर जन सेवा शिविर आयोजित

बागेश्वर: विकासखंड गरुड़ परिसर में गुरुवार को राज्य सरकार के सेवा,सुशासन और विकास के तीन वर्ष पूरे होने के उपलक्ष्य में जन सेवा थीम पर चिकित्सा एवं बहुउद्देश्यीय शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। शिविर में विभिन्न विभागों ने अपने स्टॉल लगाकर आम जनता को सरकार की योजनाओं और कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी दी और मौके पर ही कई लोगों को लाभान्वित किया।

शिविर का उद्घाटन दर्जा राज्य मंत्री शिव सिंह बिष्ट और क्षेत्रीय विधायक पार्वती दास ने किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा लगाए गए स्टॉलों का निरीक्षण किया और अधिकारियों से योजनाओं के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी प्राप्त की।

जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए दर्जा राज्य मंत्री शिव सिंह बिष्ट ने राज्य सरकार के पिछले तीन वर्षों के कार्यकाल को ऐतिहासिक बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने युवाओं को रोजगार देने के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाए हैं और नकल विरोधी कानून लाकर उत्तराखंड देश का पहला राज्य बन गया है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि सरकार हर घर तक पेयजल पहुंचाने और हर गांव को सड़क मार्ग से जोड़ने के लिए तेजी से काम कर रही है। गरुड़ क्षेत्र में हेली सेवा शुरू होने को उन्होंने एक बड़ी उपलब्धि बताया, जिसकी पहले किसी ने कल्पना भी नहीं की थी।

उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि यह दशक उत्तराखंड के विकास के लिए स्वर्णिम होगा और महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में भी सरकार निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने सभी से प्रदेश को अग्रणी बनाने में सहयोग करने की अपील की और अधिकारियों को शिविर में आई समस्याओं का प्राथमिकता से समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए।
विधायक पार्वती दास ने भी सरकार के कार्यों की सराहना करते हुए युवा और महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में किए गए प्रयासों को अभूतपूर्व बताया।

मुख्य विकास अधिकारी आरसी तिवारी ने शिविर में भू कानून, समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) और नकल विरोधी कानून की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश सरकार ने भू-कानून लाकर पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की है। उन्होंने लोगों से सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाने का आह्वान किया।=शिविर में आम जनता की समस्याओं एवं शिकायतों को भी सुना गया।

चिकित्सा शिविर में 13 दिव्यांगजनों को दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र जारी किए गए। राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन (एनआरएलएम) के तहत स्वयं सहायता समूहों की महिलाओं को 4 करोड़ 68 लाख रुपये के चेक वितरित किए गए। छह लोगों को जीवन सहायक उपकरण प्रदान किए गए। डेयरी विभाग ने 23 महिलाओं को स्वच्छ दुग्ध उत्पादन किट वितरित किए और तीन उत्कृष्ट दुग्ध उत्पादकों को क्रमशः 2000, 1500 और 1000 रुपये के चेक देकर सम्मानित किया। बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा पांच महिलाओं को लक्ष्मी किट और सहकारिता विभाग द्वारा पंडित दीनदयाल किसान कल्याण योजना के तहत तीन किसानों को शून्य ब्याज दर पर मध्यकालीन ऋण के चेक वितरित किए।

इस अवसर पर प्रशासक क्षेत्र पंचायत हेमा बिष्ट, उपजिलाधिकारी जितेंद्र वर्मा, सीईओ जीएस सौन, समाज कल्याण अधिकारी जसमीत कौर, पर्यटन अधिकारी पीके गौतम, डीपीओ मंजुलता यादव, अध्यक्ष नगर पंचायत भावना वर्मा, घनश्याम जोशी, किशन बोरा, लछु पहाड़ी, सुनील दोसाद, जेसी आर्या समेत कई अधिकारी,जनप्रतिनिधि और बड़ी संख्या में स्थानीय लोग मौजूद रहे।
