उत्तरकाशी: अंतराष्ट्रीय सहकारिता वर्ष के उपलक्ष्य में जिला स्तर पर आयोजित युवा सहकारी नेतृत्व प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ करते हुए जिलाधिकारी डॉ. मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट ने युवाओं को सहकारिता से जुड़ कर सरकार की विभिन्न जन-कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ उठाने का आह्वान किया।
सहकारिता विभाग के तत्वाधान में कलक्ट्रेट प्रेक्षागृह में आयोजित एक दिवसीय युवा सहकारी नेतृत्व प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का दीप प्रज्वलित कर शुभारंभ कर जिलाधिकारी डॉ. मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट ने कहा कि सहकारिता एक विचार है और इसके द्वारा ही हम सभी को साथ मिलकर काम करने की प्रेरणा मिलती है।
सहकारिता के माध्यम से ही आज कृषि एवं अन्य क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत लोगों को बहुत लाभ मिल रहा है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि सहकारिता के माध्यम से आजीविका संवर्द्धन, स्वरोजगार एवं आर्थिक विकास से जुड़ी गतिविधियों और जन-कल्याणकारी योजनाओं अधिकाधिक लोगों तक लाभ पहॅुंचाने में युवा महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकते हैं।
कार्यक्रम में जिला सहायक निबंधक भरत सिंह रावत ने सहकारिता विभाग से जुड़ी हुई सहकारी योजनाओं जैसे-दीन दयाल उपाध्याय कृषक कल्याण ब्याज रहित ऋण योजना, मुख्यमंत्री घस्यारी कल्याण योजना, पैक्स कम्प्यूटराईजेशन आदि के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी दी।
इस अवसर पर जिला विकास प्रबन्धक नाबार्ड गुरूविन्दर सिंह आहूजा द्वारा जनपद में नाबार्ड द्वारा कराये जा रहे विभिन्न योजनाओं जैसे- कृषक उत्पादक समूह, एम.एस.एम.ई. आदि के बारे में जानकारी प्रदान की गयी। सहायक निदेशक डेयरी पीयूष आर्य ने डेयरी विकास की विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी दी।
कार्यक्रम में महाप्रबन्धक जिला उद्योग केन्द्र द्वारा युवाओं को उद्योग विभाग के माध्यम से संचालित मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना, सौर स्वरोजगार योजना आदि से जुडकर अपनी आजीविका में सुधार लाने का आहवान किया गया। सचिव/ महाप्रबन्धक, जिला सहकारी बैंक लि. मुकेश माहेश्वरी ने बैंक द्वारा जनपद में संचालित विभिन्न ऋण योजनाओं से अवगत कराया गया तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय सहकारिता वर्ष-2025 कके कैलेण्डर के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी ।
इस अवसर पर प्रभागीय वनाधिकारी उत्तरकाशी डी पी बलूनी, सहकारिता विभाग के अधिकारियों तथा कर्मचारियों,जिला सहकारी बैंक, बहुउद्देशीय सहकारी समितियों के नवनिर्वाचित संचालक मण्डल के सदस्यों, डेयरी एवं मत्स्य विभाग से जुडे हुये विभिन्न काश्तकारों, जनपद के विभिन्न युवाओं, महिला स्वयं सहायता समूह द्वारा प्रतिभाग किया गया।
