देहरादून: महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़े रखने एवं नए साल के जश्न मनाने के शुभ अवसर पर “द हाउस ऑफ़ इंडल्जेंस” कैफे मसूरी रोड देहरादून में एक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम को”द हाउस ऑफ़ इंडल्जेंस” के संस्थापक प्रियंका भट्ट एवं संजय सिंह राणा ने संयुक्त रूप से मीडिया को संबोधित किया।

प्रियंका भट्ट ने कहा उत्तराखंड में महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार करने की दिशा में सरकार द्वारा चलाए गए प्रयास का परिणाम अब आने लगा है। प्रदेश के महिला अब पुरुषों के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर आगे बढ़ रही है और अपना स्वरोजगार स्थापित कर रही है। मिसाल के तौर पर मैं खुद एक फौजी अधिकारी की पत्नी हूं एवं मैं अब अपना कैफे “द हाउस ऑफ़ इंडल्जेंस” की स्थापना की है और यहां पर लगभग प्रदेश के 30 से 40 लोगों को मैं अपने यहां रोजगार दे रही हूं।

मेरा मानना है कि हॉस्पिटैलिटी सेक्टर एवं डेस्टिनेशन वेडिंग के क्षेत्र में प्रदेश में व्यापक स्तर पर रोजगार की संभावना है। “द हाउस ऑफ़ इंडल्जेंस” के प्रांगण में आप प्री वेडिंग सूट, मेहंदी, हल्दी एवं डेस्टिनेशन वेडिंग का आयोजन कर सकते हैं।

प्रियंका बताती है कि जिस तरह से गुजराती संस्कृति, राजस्थानी संस्कृति, बंगाली संस्कृति में पारंपरिक विवाह होता है इस तरह से हम अब उत्तराखंड में गढ़वाली, जौनसारी एवं कुमाऊनी संस्कृत में भी अन्य लोगों की शादियां करा सकते हैं एवं उत्तराखंड के जो पारंपरिक संस्कृति है उसे हम राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रचार प्रसार कर हजारों लोगों को रोजगार का जरिया बना सकते हैं।

“द हाउस ऑफ़ इंडल्जेंस” उत्तराखंड के महिलाओं एवं पुरुषों को जो अपने संस्कृति को समृद्ध बनाए रखने में योगदान देना चाहते हैं उसे यह मौका देना चाहती है कि वह हमारे प्रांगण में आकर अपनी लोकगीत एवं लोक नृत्य के साथ-साथ अन्य सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां दे सकते हैं एवं “द हाउस ऑफ़ इंडल्जेंस” में मौजूद मेहमानों का मनोरंजन एवं अपने संस्कृति से रूबरू कर सकते हैं।

“द हाउस ऑफ़ इंडल्जेंस” कैफे में लगभग दो से तीन सौ लोगों के बीच की गैदरिंग की जा सकती है जिसमें बर्थडे पार्टी, डेस्टिनेशन वेडिंग, थीम पार्टी, बुक लॉन्च, के साथ-साथ इंडियन, कॉन्टिनेंटल एवं गढ़वाली कुमाऊनी व्यंजन का भी आनंद लिया जा सकता है। वोकल फॉर लोकल के कांसेप्ट को बढ़ावा देकर ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों को स्थानीय रोजगार से जोड़ सकते हैं।

नए साल के शुभ अवसर पर हम अपने प्रांगण में लोगों के मांगों के अनुसार कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने जा रहे हैं जिसमें यहां मौजूद मेहमानों को गढ़वाली, कुमाऊनी, राजस्थानी, गुजराती संस्कृति के कार्यक्रम के साथ-साथ व्यंजन भी परोसे जाएंगे। नए वर्ष के शुभ अवसर पर मैं उत्तराखंड के युवाओं से निवेदन करना चाहती हूं कि कृपया आप सभी ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव को अवॉइड करें एवं नए साल के जश्न को जश्न की तरह मनाए, लेट नाइट ड्रिंक पार्टी, तेज गति से वाहन चलाने जैसे कार्य न करें इससे आप अपने लिए खतरनाक माहौल बनाते ही है साथ ही साथ राह में चल रहे अन्य लोगों के लिए भी यह जानलेवा साबित होता है।
