हरिद्वार : मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पन्ना लाल भल्ला क्रिकेट स्टेडियम में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करते हुए 1378 लाख की 3 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण किया। लोकार्णप की गई योजनाओं में 905 लाख रूपये की लागत से पन्ना लाल भल्ला क्रिकेट स्टेडियम का विकास एवं विस्तार कार्य, 143 लाख रूपये की लागत से डाम कोठी पुल का विद्युत फसाड सौन्दर्यकरण कार्य, 330 लाख रूपये की लागत से चण्डी देवी पुल के विद्युत फसाड सौन्दर्यकरण का कार्य शामिल है।
इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज युवाओं में खेलों के प्रति एक नया विश्वास जागृत होगा और वो दिन दूर नहीं जब उत्तराखण्ड देवभूमि के साथ ही’’खेल प्रतिभाओं की भूमि’’ के नाम से भी पहचाना जाएगा। हमारा देश और प्रदेश दोनों युवा हैं, युवा शक्ति की महत्वाकांक्षाएं भी युवा है। युवाओं के सपनों को पंख देना हमारी पहली प्राथमिकता हैं, हर नीति हमारा हर निर्णय युवाओं को केंद्र में रख कर लिया जा रहा हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य स्थापना के रजत जयंती वर्ष में धर्म नगरी को खेल के क्षेत्र में इतनी बड़ी सौगात आज हरिद्वार विकास प्राधिकरण ने दी हैं और अधिकारियों व युवा कर्मचारियों की कड़ी मेहनत के कारण स्टेडियम एक वर्ष में बनकर खिलाड़ियों के लिए तैयार हो पाया हैं, जिससे हरिद्वार और उत्तराखण्ड के युवाओं को पूरा लाभ मिलेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में विकास का महायज्ञ चल रहा हैं, यज्ञ को पूर्ण करने में हम सभी को अपने समय और अपने परिश्रम की आहुति प्रदान करनी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार अगर अच्छी नियत और कठोर परिश्रम से कार्य करती है तो उसके परिणाम भी सकारात्मक रूप से अच्छे आते हैं।
युवाओं की निराशा को खत्म कर प्रदान की नई आशा
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी की मार्गदर्शन में चल रही है हमारी सरकार ने युवाओं की निराशा को खत्म कर उन्हें नई आशा प्रदान की हैं। हरिद्वार में इतना शानदार क्रिकेट स्टेडियम युवाओं के लिए बनकर तैयार हुआ है हम युवाओं के विकास के लिए उनकी प्रतिभा निखारने के लिए पूर्ण रूप से प्रतिबद्ध हैं। क्रिकेट स्टेडियम के शुभारंभ के बाद हरिद्वार और अधिक चमकने वाला हैं।
समग्र और युवा नीति बनाने जा रही सरकार
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भविष्य में हमारी सरकार प्रदेश के युवाओं के लिए उनके हितों के लिए एक समग्र और युवा नीति बनाने जा रही हैं। युवाओं के रोजगार व्यक्तित्व विकास और केंद्रित होगी। उत्तराखण्ड के युवाओं को अवसरों की कमी ना रहे हम हर स्तर पर कार्य कर रहे हैं।
उत्तराखण्ड में राष्ट्रीय खेलों का आयोजन इसी कड़ी का हिस्सा हैं इन आयोजनों से युवाओं में खेलों के प्रति एक नया विश्वास जागृत होगा और उत्तराखण्ड में वह दिन दूर नहीं जब हमारी देवभूमि की पहचान खेल प्रतिभाओं की भूमि के नाम से होगी। इस वक्त हमारी पहली प्राथमिकता उत्तराखण्ड में खेल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के विकास में अभूतपूर्व रूप से आगे बढ़ रहा है।
फ्लाईओवर के नीचे स्पोर्टस जोन अच्छी पहल
मुख्यमंत्री ने हरिद्वार रूड़की विकास प्राधिकरण के कार्यों की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्राधिकरण ने शंकराचार्य चौक फ्लाईओवर के नीचे स्पॉट जोन स्थापित करना हो या फिर स्टेडियम के पास मल्टी स्टोरी स्पोर्ट्स का निर्माण हो जोन का निर्माण करना अच्छी पहल है। कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड प्रदेश में खेल विश्वविद्यालय के निर्माण के साथ ही दो अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्टेडियम 89 मिनी स्टेडियम और 150 से अधिक खेल मैदान है।
युवाओं को मिल रही सरकारी नौकरी
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज खिलाड़ियों को खेलों में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने पर सरकारी नौकरी मिल रही है और उनका मान सम्मान बढ़ रहा है। युवाओं के समग्र विकास के लिए खेलों का एक विशेष महत्व होता है इसलिए हमारी सरकार राज्य में खेल की जमीनी ढांचे को मजबूत बनाने के लिए विशिष्ट खेल नीति भी बनाई है। हमारी सरकार खिलाड़ियों को पदक अर्जित करने पर नगद पुरस्कार दे रहे हैं दूसरी ओर विशिष्ट खिलाड़ियों को देवभूमि उत्तराखंड खेल रत्न से भी सम्मानित कर रहे हैं।
खिलाड़ियों की प्रतिभा को निखारने के लिए कोच को सम्मानित करने के लिए तो द्रोणाचार्य अवार्ड भी हम प्रदान कर रहे है। उत्तराखंड के खिलाड़ियों को किसी भी असुविधा का सामना न करना पड़े जिसको लेकर मुख्यमंत्री उदीयमान खिलाड़ी उन्नयन योजना और मुख्यमंत्री खिलाड़ी प्रोत्साहन योजना के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में प्रतिभा करने वाले खिलाड़ियों को यात्रा सुविधा भी प्रदान कर रहे हैं। हमारे प्रदेश के युवा राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर उत्तराखंड का नाम रोशन कर रहे हैं यह हम सबके लिए गर्व का विषय हैं। आज हमारी सरकार का एकमात्र लक्ष्य उत्तराखंड का विकास हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने लगाए चौके-छक्के
अपने सरल और ओजस्वी व्यवहार की छवि प्रदेशवासियों के बीच बनाने वाले मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्टेडियम का लोर्कापण करने के बाद क्रिकेट में भी हाथ अजमाया। उन्होंने रूड़की विधायक आदेश चौहान की पहली बॉल पर छक्का लगाया और उसके बाद दूसरी बॉल पर चौका लगाकर यह साबित कर दिया कि वह राजनीति के मैदान के साथ ही क्रिकेट के मैदान में भी फायर है।
इस दौरान कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल, गढ़वाल मंडल आयुक्त विनय शंकर पांडे, जिलाधिकारी हरिद्वार कर्मेंद्र सिंह, हरिद्वार विकास प्राधिकरण के उपाध्यक्ष अंशुल सिंह, हरिद्वार विधायक मदन कौशिक, रानीपुर विधायक आदेश चौहान, पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री स्वामी यतीश्वरानंद, पूर्व विधायक सुरेश राठौड़ , जिला अध्यक्ष संदीप गोयल, पूर्व विधायक संजय गुप्ता मौजूद रहे।
