देहरादून: प्रदेश में बच्चों की सुरक्षा और जनस्वास्थ्य को सर्वाेच्च प्राथमिकता देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत के दिशा-निर्देश पर खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन (एफ.डी.ए.) उत्तराखंड द्वारा पूरे राज्य में प्रतिबंधित और संदिग्ध कफ सिरप की बिक्री एवं वितरण के खिलाफ सघन अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।
आयुक्त, खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार के आदेशों के क्रम में प्रदेशभर में लगातार छापेमारी की जा रही है। टीमों द्वारा विभिन्न मेडिकल स्टोर्स, थोक विक्रेताओं और अस्पतालों की औषधि दुकानों से सैंपल एकत्र कर उन्हें परीक्षण के लिए प्रयोगशालाओं को भेजा जा रहा है।
एफ.डी.ए. मुख्यालय में अपर आयुक्त ताजवर सिंह जग्गी की पत्रकार वार्ता
इसी कड़ी में सोमवार को एफ.डी.ए. मुख्यालय, देहरादून में अपर आयुक्त व ड्रग कंट्रोलर (एफ.डी.ए.) एवं ड्रग कंट्रोलर ताजवर सिंह जग्गी ने पत्रकारवार्ता का आयोजन किया। पत्रकारवार्ता में उन्होंने प्रदेशभर में संदिग्ध औषधियों की जांच, सैंपलिंग और बाजार नियंत्रण की वर्तमान स्थिति पर विस्तार से जानकारी साझा की गई। अपर आयुक्त व ड्रग कंट्रोलर ताजबर सिंह जग्गी ने बताया कि राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश में कफ सिरप के सेवन से बच्चों के बीमार होने और मृत्यु की घटनाओं के बाद उत्तराखंड सरकार ने यह कदम एहतियातन और जनहित में उठाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अभियान पूरी संवेदनशीलता के साथ प्रदेश के हर जिले में चलाया जा रहा है, ताकि किसी भी स्थिति में बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव न पड़े।
सभी जिलों में सैंपलिंग और जांच अभियान तेज
अपर आयुक्त व ड्रग कंट्रोलर ताजबर सिंह जग्गी ने बताया कि प्रदेश के सभी जनपदों में औषधि नियंत्रण अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वे सीएफटीओ, मेडिकल स्टोर्स, थोक विक्रेताओं और अस्पतालों की औषधि दुकानों से कफ सिरप के नमूने एकत्र करें और परीक्षण हेतु अधिकृत प्रयोगशालाओं को भेजें। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्माण कंपनियों से भी कच्चे माल जैसे पॉलीइथिलीन ग्लाइकॉल, सॉर्बिटॉल और अन्य रासायनिक तत्वों के सैंपल लेकर गुणवत्ता जांच की जा रही है, ताकि उत्पादन स्तर पर भी किसी प्रकार की कमी या गड़बड़ी की संभावना समाप्त की जा सके।
अब तक प्रदेशभर में 63 औषधियों के नमूने एकत्र किए जा चुके हैं, जिनकी जांच प्रक्रिया जारी है। विभाग द्वारा प्राप्त रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
बिना डॉक्टरी परामर्श बच्चों को न दें दवा
अपर आयुक्त व ड्रग कंट्रोलर ताजवीर सिंह जग्गी ने आम जनता से अपील की कि वे बिना चिकित्सक की सलाह के बच्चों को कोई भी कफ सिरप या औषधि न दें। उन्होंने कहा बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य से किसी भी तरह का जोखिम न लिया जाए। यदि बच्चे में सर्दी, खांसी या बुखार जैसे लक्षण दिखाई दें, तो केवल योग्य चिकित्सक से परामर्श लेकर ही दवा दें। उन्होंने कहा यह अभियान आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेगा, ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की स्वास्थ्य जोखिम की स्थिति उत्पन्न न हो। उन्होंने बताया कि विभागीय टीमें इस अभियान की सतत निगरानी कर रही हैं और प्रत्येक जिले में औषधि दुकानों व थोक विक्रेताओं पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है।
अपर आयुक्त ने यह भी बताया कि आयुक्त, खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों और मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि भारत सरकार की एडवाइजरी को तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू कराया जाए। साथ ही औषधि दुकानों और निर्माण इकाइयों की नियमित निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने के आदेश दिए गए हैं।
पुरानी या खुली दवाइयाँ बच्चों को बिल्कुल न दें
अपर आयुक्त एवं ड्रग कंट्रोलर ताजवीर सिंह जग्गी ने आम जनता से अपील की है कि अपने घरों में पहले से खुली हुई कफ सिरप या किसी भी प्रकार की दवाई बच्चों को बिल्कुल न दें। उन्होंने कहा कि कई बार पुरानी या खुली दवाइयाँ अपनी प्रभावशीलता खो देती हैं और बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक साबित हो सकती हैं। इसलिए ऐसी किसी भी खुली बोतल या अधूरी दवाई को सुरक्षित तरीके से नष्ट करें और घर में दवाइयाँ खुले रूप में न रखें। उन्होंने आम लोगों से आग्रह किया कि दवाइयाँ केवल चिकित्सक की सलाह पर ही उपयोग करें और हर दवा की एक्सपायरी डेट अवश्य जांचें, ताकि किसी प्रकार की अनचाही स्वास्थ्य समस्या से बचा जा सके।

अपर आयुक्त ने कहा मुख्यमंत्री जी, स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जी व आयुक्त महोदय अभियान की लगातार अपडेट ले रहे हैं। उनके सख्त निर्देश हैं कि हर घर की थाली शुद्ध रहे और हर बच्चे का स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षित रहे। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार बच्चों की सुरक्षा को लेकर पूरी तरह सजग है। औषधि और खाद्य सुरक्षा से जुड़ी सभी गतिविधियों की कड़ी निगरानी की जा रही है। प्रदेश में गुणवत्तापूर्ण औषधियां ही आमजन तक पहुंचें, यह सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है।
दीपावली से पहले खाद्य पदार्थों पर भी सख्त निगरानी
अपर आयुक्त व ड्रग कंट्रोलर ताजवर सिंह जग्गी ने बताया कि राज्य में दवाइयों के साथ ही खाद्य पदार्थों में मिलावट के खिलाफ निरीक्षण और सैंपलिंग अभियान भी तेजी से चलाया जा रहा है। दीपावली पर्व को देखते हुए विभाग ने विशेष अभियान शुरू किया है, जिसके तहत राज्य की सीमाओं पर निगरानी बढ़ाई गई है, और मिठाइयों व खाद्य पदार्थों के सैंपल लेकर जांच की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा त्योहारों के समय मिलावटखोरी पर अंकुश लगाना हमारी प्राथमिकता है। विभाग की टीमें फील्ड में सक्रिय हैं और दोषी पाए जाने पर कठोर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
एफ.डी.ए. की अपील
प्रेस वार्ता के अंत में अपर आयुक्त ने कहा कि एफ.डी.ए. की यह कार्रवाई सरकार की जनहित प्रतिबद्धता का हिस्सा है। उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखंड सरकार जनता के स्वास्थ्य को लेकर पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही या गुणवत्ता से समझौता बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। यह अभियान प्रदेशव्यापी है और निरंतर जारी रहेगा। उन्होंने आम जनता के साथ ही मीडिया के साथियों से भी सहयोग की अपील की। ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोगों को जागरूक किया जा सके।
