बच्चों के लिए प्रतिबंधित कफ सिरप पर सख्त हुई सरकार, मेडिकल स्टोरों से किया गया जब्त

देहरादून: केंद्र सरकार द्वारा बच्चों के लिए प्रतिबंधित कफ सिरप को लेकर जारी गाइडलाइन के सख्त अनुपालन हेतु उत्तराखंड सरकार ने कार्रवाई तेज कर दी है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत के दिशा-निर्देशों में खाघ सरंक्षा व औषधि प्रशासन विभाग की टीमें प्रदेशभर में औचक निरीक्षण अभियान चला रही हैं।

इसी क्रम में देहरादून क्षेत्र में औषधि विभाग ने कई मेडिकल स्टोरों और शिशु रोग अस्पतालों के मेडिकल स्टोरों का निरीक्षण किया, जहां से पेडियाट्रिक कफ सिरप के नमूने जब्त कर परीक्षण के लिए राज्य औषधि प्रयोगशाला भेजे गए हैं।

स्वास्थ्य सचिव एवं आयुक्त डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार के निर्देशों में यह सघन अभियान लगातार सभी जनपदों में जारी है। विभाग का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि किसी भी मेडिकल स्टोर या अस्पताल में प्रतिबंधित, असुरक्षित या बिना अनुमति वाली औषधियाँ न बेची जाएं और बच्चों की सेहत के साथ किसी भी प्रकार का जोखिम न उठाया जाए।

देहरादून क्षेत्र में औचक निरीक्षण अभियान
स्वास्थ्य सचिव एवं आयुक्त डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार से प्राप्त आदेशों तथा अपर आयुक्त एफडीए व ड्रग कंट्रोलर ताजबर सिंह जग्गी के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार औषधि विभाग की टीम ने आज देहरादून क्षेत्र में स्थित मेडिकल स्टोरों एवं शिशु रोग (Paediatric) अस्पतालों के मेडिकल स्टोरों का औचक निरीक्षण किया। अपर आयुक्त एफडीए व ड्रग कंट्रोलर ताजबर सिंह जग्गी ने कहा निरीक्षण के दौरान कई मेडिकल स्टोरों में Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Chlorpheniramine Maleate एवं Phenylephrine Hydrochloride युक्त पेडियाट्रिक कफ सीरप्स का भंडारण पाया गया।

इन औषधियों को नियमानुसार सीज़ (जब्त) करने की कार्यवाही की गई। साथ ही, कुल 06 पेडियाट्रिक कफ सीरप्स के नमूने फॉर्म-17 में परीक्षण हेतु एकत्रित किए गए हैं। नमूने अब राज्य औषधि परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला को भेजे जाएंगे, जहाँ उनकी गुणवत्ता और वैधता का परीक्षण किया जाएगा।


नियमों के पालन को लेकर विभाग सख्त
अपर आयुक्त एफडीए व ड्रग कंट्रोलर ताजबर सिंह जग्गी ने कहा निरीक्षण के दौरान यह भी पाया गया कि किसी भी मेडिकल स्टोर पर Coldrif, Respifresh TR, Relife कफ सीरप उपलब्ध नहीं थी। विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया कि निरीक्षण का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि प्रदेश में केवल अनुमोदित, सुरक्षित और चिकित्सकीय रूप से स्वीकृत औषधियाँ ही उपलब्ध हों। विभाग ने सभी औषधि विक्रेताओं को चेतावनी दी है कि यदि किसी भी स्टोर पर बिना अनुमति या प्रतिबंधित औषधियाँ पाई जाती हैं, तो उनके विरुद्ध खाद्य, औषधि एवं प्रसाधन अधिनियम, 1940 तथा संबंधित नियमों के तहत कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा है कि सरकार की प्राथमिकता प्रदेशवासियों को सुरक्षित, गुणवत्तापूर्ण और प्रमाणित औषधियाँ उपलब्ध कराना है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि औषधि विक्रेताओं और अस्पतालों में नियमित निरीक्षण और सैंपलिंग प्रक्रिया को और तेज किया जाए।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि औषधि विभाग का यह अभियान जनस्वास्थ्य की रक्षा के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक कदम है। किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही या नियम उल्लंघन बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। विभाग ने आम जनता से भी अपील की है कि वे किसी भी संदिग्ध या बिना लेबल औषधि की जानकारी निकटतम औषधि निरीक्षक या विभागीय हेल्पलाइन को दें, ताकि त्वरित कार्रवाई की जा सके।

निरीक्षण टीम और नेतृत्व
इस निरीक्षण अभियान का नेतृत्व उप औषधि नियंत्रक हेमंत सिंह नेगी ने किया। उनके साथ
सहायक औषधि नियंत्रक सुधीर सिंह, औषधि निरीक्षक मानेंद्र सिंह राणा, औषधि निरीक्षक श्रीमती निधि रतूड़ी, तथा औषधि निरीक्षक विनोद जगुड़ी टीम में सम्मिलित रहे। टीम ने कहा कि यह अभियान आगे भी जारी रहेगा और सभी जिलों में मेडिकल स्टोरों की निरंतर निगरानी की जाएगी ताकि आमजन तक केवल सुरक्षित और मानक औषधियाँ ही पहुँच सकें।
