बजुर्ग फरियादियों को गंतव्य स्थल तक पंहुचा रहा है जिला प्रशासन का ‘सारथी’

देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल ने अपनी शिकायतों केे निस्तारण हेतु जिला कार्यालय में आने वाले आगन्तुकों के परिवहन के लिए ‘‘सारथी’’ की व्यवस्था की गई है, जिसके माध्मय से अपनी फरियाद लेकर आने वाले फरियादियों को सम्बन्धित कार्यालयों तक पंहुचाया जा रहा है।

अधिकतर मामले बजुर्गों से प्रताड़ना के प्राप्त हो रहें, जिन्हे वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय में बने सीनियर सिटीजन सेल के लिए भेजे जातें हैं। इसी प्रकार बुजुर्गों की कुछ शिकायत सीडीओ आफिस तथा अन्य कार्यालयों की होती हैं। वरिष्ठ नागरिक दिव्यांग शिकायकर्ताओं को ‘सारथी’ के माध्यम से सम्बन्धित कार्यालयों को भेजकर शिकायतों का निस्तारण किया जाता है। अब तक लगभग 15 फरियादियों को गंतव्य स्थल तक पंहुचा चुका है।

जनता दर्शन/जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम एंव अन्य कार्यदिवस में अपनी समस्याओं के निस्तारण हेतु जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय में आने वाले फरियादियों की शिकायतों के निस्तारण हेतु सम्बन्धित कार्यालय को ‘‘सारथी’ वाहन के माध्यम से भेजा जाता है। इससे जहां फरियादियों को भटकना नही पड़ता वहीं उनकी शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए त्वरित एक्शन लिए जा रहे हैं।
