पहाड़ों में जनता जंगली जानवरों के हमलो से त्रस्त है बाघ के बाद अब भालुओं के हमले भी लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं। आपको बता दें ग्राम सभा मटई में लगातार भालू का भय बना हुआ है। कुछ ही हफ्ते पूर्व भालू के द्वारा ग्राम सभा मटई के पानीगेठ तोक में कई गायों को अपना शिकार बना कर मौत के घाट उतार दिया। इसके बावजूद वन विभाग चैन की नींद सोता रहा।
आज सुबह सुरेंद्र लाल S/O स्व बैसाखू लाल नाम का व्यक्ति गांव से कुछ ही दूरी पर घास लेने गया था घात लगाए भालू ने अचनाक सुरेंद्र लाल पर हमला बोल दिया व्यक्ति के सर और आंख को पूरी तरह जख्मी कर दिया बड़ी मुश्किल से सुरेंद्र लाल अपनी जान बचाकर वहां से भागने में सफल रहा ।
आपको बता दें यह मार्ग बच्चों के स्कूल जाने का मार्ग भी है यदि समय रहते वन विभाग सतर्क नहीं हुआ और इस विषय पर जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही नही की गई तो भविष्य में वह भालू किसी बड़ी दुर्घटना को अंजाम दे सकता है।जिसके कारण समस्त ग्राम सभा में भय का माहौल व्याप्त है।
