देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को हुई राज्य कैबिनेट की बैठक में उच्च शिक्षा, पर्यटन, स्कूली शिक्षा, वित्त, रोजगार, वन संरक्षण और प्रशासनिक सुधारों से जुड़े कई अहम प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी गई। बैठक में युवाओं के रोजगार, वित्तीय सुशासन और पर्यटन सुरक्षा को मजबूत करने वाले निर्णय लिए गए।
कैबिनेट ने पिथौरागढ़ के मढ़धुरा स्थित निर्माणाधीन नन्हीं परी सीमान्त प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान के विस्तार के लिए 14.857 हेक्टेयर भूमि तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग को हस्तांतरित करने की मंजूरी दी। यहां शैक्षणिक भवन, छात्रावास, फैकल्टी आवास, खेल परिसर, ऑडिटोरियम और आधुनिक प्रयोगशालाएं विकसित की जाएंगी।
साहसिक पर्यटन को सुरक्षित बनाने के लिए उत्तराखण्ड रिवर राफ्टिंग/क्याकिंग संशोधन नियमावली-2026 को स्वीकृति दी गई। नई नियमावली में सुरक्षा मानकों को सख्त किया गया है और नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले संचालकों के खिलाफ दंडात्मक प्रावधान जोड़े गए हैं।
श्रीनगर (पौड़ी गढ़वाल) में पीएम पोषण योजना के तहत अक्षय पात्र फाउंडेशन के केंद्रीकृत किचन से चयनित विद्यालयों के कक्षा 1 से 8 तक के विद्यार्थियों को पका-पकाया मध्याह्न भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
कैबिनेट ने उत्तराखण्ड राज्य भंडारण निगम के 68 नियमित कर्मचारियों को सातवें वेतन आयोग का लाभ देने के प्रस्ताव को भी मंजूरी दी। सरकार ने स्पष्ट किया कि इसका अतिरिक्त वित्तीय भार राज्य पर नहीं पड़ेगा और खर्च निगम अपने संसाधनों से वहन करेगा।
हरिद्वार कुंभ मेला-2027 की समवर्ती लेखा परीक्षा के लिए एक तकनीकी विशेषज्ञ और एक वरिष्ठ लेखा परीक्षा अधिकारी के दो नए पद सृजित करने को मंजूरी दी गई। साथ ही उत्तराखण्ड वित्त सेवा नियमावली में पदोन्नति संबंधी विसंगतियां दूर करने के लिए संशोधन को भी स्वीकृति मिली।
वित्तीय अनुश्रवण को मजबूत करने के उद्देश्य से वित्त ऑडिट प्रकोष्ठ की संरचना में बदलाव करते हुए पदों के उच्चीकरण, भर्ती स्रोत में परिवर्तन और दो नए पदों के सृजन का निर्णय लिया गया।
युवाओं को विदेशों में रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराने के लिए सहसपुर स्किल हब स्थित विदेश रोजगार प्रकोष्ठ के संचालन हेतु सात सदस्यीय प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजमेंट यूनिट (पीएमयू) के गठन को मंजूरी दी गई।
बैठक में ऋषिकेश के बापूग्राम आरक्षित वन प्रकरण में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्देशों के अनुपालन पर भी चर्चा हुई और आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन दिया गया।
इसके अलावा, नई अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा व्यवस्था के अनुरूप वित्तीय वर्ष 2027-28 से अरेबिया मदरसों को अनुदान संबंधी बजट मद समाप्त करने के प्रस्ताव को भी मंजूरी दी गई। सरकार के अनुसार भविष्य में केवल उत्तराखण्ड राज्य अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा प्राधिकरण से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान ही संचालित होंगे।
सरकार का कहना है कि इन फैसलों से प्रदेश में शिक्षा, पर्यटन, वित्तीय प्रबंधन, रोजगार सृजन और प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था को और मजबूती मिलेगी।
