देहरादून 22 फरवरी । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को बालावाला, देहरादून में आयोजित विराट हिंदू सम्मेलन में प्रतिभाग किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह मात्र एक सम्मेलन नहीं, बल्कि हिंदू समाज की चेतना, एकता और आत्मगौरव का महापर्व है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हिंदू समाज आज न केवल जागृत और समर्पित है, बल्कि अपने धर्म, संस्कृति एवं राष्ट्र के प्राचीन वैभव को पुनः स्थापित करने के लिए पूर्ण निष्ठा के साथ संगठित हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के 100 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के उपलक्ष्य में देशभर में इस प्रकार के विराट हिंदू सम्मेलन आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि यह उनके लिए गर्व का विषय है कि वे विश्व के सबसे बड़े स्वयंसेवी संगठन से जुड़े हैं। संघ ने 100 वर्षों में देश के सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों को पुनर्जीवित कर राष्ट्रभक्ति की भावना को जन-जन के हृदय में सशक्त रूप से स्थापित करने का कार्य किया है। शिक्षा, कृषि, ग्राम विकास, समाज कल्याण, महिला सशक्तिकरण, आदिवासी उत्थान, सेवा कार्य, कला और विज्ञान जैसे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में स्वयंसेवकों ने निस्वार्थ भाव से योगदान दिया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भारत विविधताओं से भरा देश है। यहां भाषा, संस्कृति, जाति और क्षेत्र के आधार पर अनेक भिन्नताएं हैं, लेकिन इन सबके बीच संघ ने सदैव भेदभाव से ऊपर उठकर भारत की एकात्मता को मजबूत किया है और “एक भारत-श्रेष्ठ भारत” की भावना को सुदृढ़ किया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि भाषाएं, परंपराएं, पूजा-पद्धतियां और जीवनशैली भिन्न हो सकती हैं, लेकिन मूल मानवीय मूल्य एक ही रहते हैं। इसी व्यापक भावना को हिंदुत्व कहा जाता है। जो भारत को अपनी मातृभूमि और पितृभूमि मानता है तथा इसकी संस्कृति, परंपरा और मूल्यों का आदर करता है, उसकी आत्मा हिंदू है। हिंदुत्व हमें एकता, विविधता में शक्ति और सांस्कृतिक पहचान का संदेश देता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार देवभूमि के मूल स्वरूप को बनाए रखने के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। सख्त धर्मांतरण विरोधी कानून, दंगारोधी कानून और ‘ऑपरेशन कालनेमी’ के माध्यम से सनातन धर्म को बदनाम करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश में सबसे पहले समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) लागू कर सभी को समान अधिकार देने, मदरसा बोर्ड को समाप्त कर समान शिक्षा व्यवस्था की नींव रखने तथा “हिंदू स्टडी सेंटर” की स्थापना कर सनातन संस्कृति पर शोध करने वाले युवाओं को प्रोत्साहित करने जैसे कदम भी उठाए गए हैं।
इस अवसर पर विधायक बृज भूषण गैरोला, पार्षद प्रशांत खरोला, ब्रह्मचारी केशर स्वरूप, ललित बुड़ाकोटी, सुभाष बड़थ्वाल, गोपाल सिंह सहित बड़ी संख्या में लोग उपस्थित रहे।
