देहरादून: नववर्ष के प्रथम दिवस जिला प्रशासन देहरादून द्वारा समाज के अंतिम छोर पर खड़ी जरूरतमंद बालिकाओं के जीवन में शिक्षा की नई किरण प्रज्वलित की गई। जिला कलेक्टेªट सभागार में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रोजेक्ट नंदा-सुनंदा के अंतर्गत 04 बालिकाओं की बाधित शिक्षा को 1.55 लाख धनराशि से पुनर्जीवित किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिलाधिकारी श्री सविन बंसल द्वारा बालिकाओं को शिक्षा सहायता हेतु चेक वितरित किए गए।
जिलाधिकारी ने अवगत कराया कि प्रोजेक्ट नंदादृसुनंदा के अब तक 11वां संस्करण आयोजित किए जा चुके हैं, जिनके माध्यम से 33.50 लाख रुपये की सहायता से 93 बालिकाओं की शिक्षा पुनर्जीवित की गई है। कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने कहा कि नववर्ष की शुरुआत हम सभी पूजा-अर्चना से करते हैं, ऐसे में वर्ष के प्रथम दिवस जरूरतमंद नंदा-सुनंदा बालिकाओं की शिक्षा पुनर्जीवित कर कार्य की शुरुआत करना अत्यंत संतोष और पुण्य का कार्य है। उन्होंने कहा कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी के स्पष्ट निर्देश एवं निरंतर प्रयास रहते हैं कि समाज के अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े बुजुर्गों, महिलाओं एवं बच्चों को जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से आच्छादित किया जाए। इसके लिए जिलों को स्थानीय आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप योजनाएं सृजित करने निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन एवं सहयोग से जनपद देहरादून में प्रोजेक्ट नंदा-सुनंदा सहित कई महत्वपूर्ण सामाजिक सरोकारों से जुड़े नवाचारात्मक प्रोजेक्ट संचालित किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने बालिकाओं को प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि जीवन में परिस्थितियाँ आती रहती हैं, उनसे घबराने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, बल्कि साहस एवं संकल्प के साथ उनका सामना करते हुए आगे बढ़ना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन का यह सहयोग तभी सार्थक होगा जब बालिकाएं लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर पूरी निष्ठा और परिश्रम के साथ शिक्षा जारी रखेंगी। उन्होंने अपेक्षा की कि भविष्य में सक्षम होने के उपरांत बालिकाएं अन्य जरूरतमंदों की सहायता हेतु आगे आएँगी तथा समाज सेवा, संवेदनशीलता एवं सहयोग की भावना को आत्मसात करेंगी। जिलाधिकारी ने आश्वस्त किया कि सरकार एवं जिला प्रशासन बालिकाओं के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए सदैव सहयोगी रहेगा। कार्यक्रम के दौरान लाभान्वित बालिकाओं ने भावुक होकर जिला प्रशासन एवं सरकार के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया।
बालिका नंदनी राजपूत ने बताया कि वर्ष 2018 में उनके पिता का दुर्घटना में निधन हो गया था। वह तीन बहनें हैं और माता सिलाई-बुनाई कर परिवार का भरण-पोषण करती हैं। आर्थिक तंगी के कारण 11वीं कक्षा की फीस जमा न हो पाने से उनकी शिक्षा बाधित हो रही थी, जिसे जिला प्रशासन ने पुनर्जीवित किया। बालिका दिव्या ने बताया कि उनके पिता दुर्घटना में दिव्यांग हो गए थे और लगभग 18 माह तक बेड पर रहे, जिससे परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति अत्यंत कमजोर हो गई। गरीबी उनकी पढ़ाई में बाधा बनने लगी थी, ऐसे में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा उनकी 9वीं कक्षा की शिक्षा पुनर्जीवित की गई। आकांशी धीमान ने बताया कि परिवार की खराब आर्थिक स्थिति के कारण उनकी 8वीं कक्षा की पढ़ाई बाधित हो रही थी, जिसे जिला प्रशासन की सहायता से पुनः सुचारू किया गया। नव्या नैनवाल ने बताया कि पिता की मृत्यु के उपरांत परिवार पर गहरा आर्थिक संकट आ गया था और उनकी शिक्षा उनके परिजन पर बोझ बन गई थी, जिसे जिला प्रशासन ने संवेदनशीलता के साथ पुनर्जीवित किया।
इसके अतिरिक्त दून विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक कर रही जीविका अंथवाल ने बताया कि उनके पिता लंबे समय से गंभीर रूप से बीमार हैं और आईसीयू में भर्ती हैं। आर्थिक स्थिति अत्यंत कमजोर होने के कारण उनकी उच्च शिक्षा बाधित हो रही थी। अपनी व्यथा सुनाते हुए वह भावुक हो उठीं और बताया कि जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से उनकी शिक्षा पुनर्जीवित हो सकी है। कार्यक्रम का समापन लाभार्थी बालिकाओं द्वारा सरकार, माननीय मुख्यमंत्री एवं जिलाधिकारी के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करते हुए किया गया।
