मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गौतमबुद्धनगर, उत्तर प्रदेश में पर्वतीय सांस्कृतिक संस्था द्वारा आयोजित 15वें उत्तराखंड महाकौथिक, नोएडा में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर बड़ी संख्या में प्रवासी उत्तराखंडी नागरिक, कलाकार, युवा एवं महिलाएं उपस्थित रहीं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यक्रम स्थल पर पहुंचकर कलाकारों का उत्साहवर्धन किया और आयोजन की सराहना की।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में रहते हुए भी उत्तराखंडी समाज द्वारा अपनी समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत, लोक परंपराओं और पहचान को जीवंत बनाए रखना अत्यंत प्रशंसनीय है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रवासी उत्तराखंडी राज्य की संस्कृति के सच्चे ब्रांड एम्बेसडर हैं, जो राज्य से दूर रहकर भी अपनी जड़ों से जुड़े हुए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विगत 15 वर्षों से निरंतर आयोजित हो रहा उत्तराखंड महाकौथिक लोक कला, लोक संगीत, पारंपरिक विरासत और पहाड़ी उत्पादों को व्यापक पहचान दिलाने का एक सशक्त मंच बन चुका है। ऐसे आयोजन न केवल उत्तराखंड की सांस्कृतिक धरोहर के संरक्षण और संवर्धन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं, बल्कि विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए उत्तराखंडी भाई-बहनों को एक सूत्र में पिरोने का भी कार्य करते हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि महाकौथिक में पारंपरिक वेशभूषा, हस्तशिल्प, कारीगरी, जैविक उत्पादों और पहाड़ी व्यंजनों के साथ-साथ जागर, बेड़ा, मांगल, खुदेड़, छोपाटी जैसे लोकगीतों तथा छोलिया, पांडव और झोड़ा-छपेली जैसे लोकनृत्यों के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड की जीवंत लोकसंस्कृति के विविध रूप सजीव रूप में देखने को मिलते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस आयोजन की बढ़ती लोकप्रियता को देखते हुए इसकी अवधि को पांच दिनों से बढ़ाकर सात दिन किया जाना इसकी सफलता को दर्शाता है।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पर्वतीय सांस्कृतिक संस्था की पूरी टीम का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि संस्था द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में उत्तराखंड की संस्कृति और परंपराओं को सहेजने का कार्य सराहनीय है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में एक ओर देश की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को पुनर्जीवित किया जा रहा है, वहीं दूसरी ओर ‘वोकल फॉर लोकल’ और ‘मेक इन इंडिया’ जैसी पहलों के माध्यम से स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को भी सशक्त किया जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार देवभूमि उत्तराखंड को विश्व की आध्यात्मिक राजधानी के रूप में स्थापित करने की दिशा में निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। केदारखंड और मानसखंड मंदिर क्षेत्रों के सौंदर्यीकरण, हरिपुर कालसी में यमुनातीर्थ के पुनरुद्धार, हरिद्वार-ऋषिकेश और शारदा कॉरिडोर, दिल्ली-देहरादून एलिवेटेड रोड, ऑल वेदर रोड, भारतमाला, पर्वतमाला और ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल परियोजना जैसी योजनाओं से राज्य के बुनियादी ढांचे को नई मजबूती मिल रही है।

उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था और पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ‘एक जनपद, दो उत्पाद’, ‘हाउस ऑफ हिमालयाज’, स्टेट मिलेट मिशन, फार्म मशीनरी बैंक, एप्पल मिशन, नई पर्यटन नीति, नई फिल्म नीति, होम-स्टे, वेड इन उत्तराखंड और सौर स्वरोजगार योजना जैसी कई प्रभावी पहल की जा रही हैं। इन प्रयासों के परिणामस्वरूप उत्तराखंड ने सतत विकास लक्ष्यों में देश में प्रथम स्थान, ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस में एचीवर्स तथा स्टार्टअप रैंकिंग में लीडर्स की श्रेणी प्राप्त की है। इसके साथ ही किसानों की आय वृद्धि और मत्स्य विकास में भी राज्य को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सम्मान मिला है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार समग्र विकास के साथ-साथ उत्तराखंड की सांस्कृतिक पहचान और डेमोग्राफी की रक्षा के लिए भी पूरी तरह संकल्पबद्ध है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि देवभूमि की पवित्रता से किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा और अवैध गतिविधियों, अतिक्रमण तथा राष्ट्रविरोधी मानसिकता के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड नफरत नहीं, संस्कार चाहता है; विभाजन नहीं, एकता चाहता है और सरकार का उद्देश्य देवभूमि उत्तराखंड को देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाना है।
