भारत सरकार की युवा आपदा योजना के तहत भारत सरकार तथा सचिव, आपदा प्रबंधन एवं पुनर्वास विभाग, उत्तराखंड शासन एवं जिलाधिकारी महोदय से प्राप्त निर्देशों के अनुपालन में जनपद चमोली के एनसीसी कैडेट्स को आपदा प्रबंधन जागरूकता से संबंधित विभिन्न जानकारियां एवं प्रशिक्षण संबंधी कार्यक्रम का समापन किया गया।
उक्त प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम दिनांक 14 नवंबर 2025 से प्रारंभ हुआ था तथा आज दिनांक 20 नवंबर 2025 को समाप्त हो गया है। प्रशिक्षण अवधि के दौरान एनसीसी कैडेट्स को आपदा प्रबंधन के अंतर्गत विभिन्न विषयों जैसे आपदा प्रबंधन, आपदा अधिनियम 2005 आपदाओं से तैयारी, भूकंप से सुरक्षा, भूस्खलन, बाढ़, त्वरित बाढ़, सूखा की जानकारी, फर्स्ट एड की जानकारी, केमिकल, न्यूक्लियर, बायोलॉजिकल, रेडियोलॉजिकल डिजास्टर की जानकारी, रोड सेफ्टी, रस्सी की गांठे तथा रस्सी को लपेटना, गहरी खाइयो में चढ़ना उतरना, नदियों को पार करने के तरीके, स्ट्रेचर बनाना, सैटेलाइट फोन का उपयोग, आग का प्रबंध करना, जंगल की आग का प्रबंध करना, पेशेंट को स्टेचर में शिफ्ट करना, किसी भारी वस्तु को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान में हस्तांतरित करना आदि विषयों पर जानकारी प्रदान की गई।
