उत्तराखंड में इस बार दिवाली के समय भी वायु गुणवत्ता में रहा उल्लेखनीय सुधार, तकनीक और जनसहयोग से मिली सफलता

उत्तराखंड ने इस वर्ष दिवाली के अवसर पर वायु गुणवत्ता में उल्लेखनीय सुधार दर्ज किया है। तकनीक आधारित उपायों, प्रशासनिक सक्रियता और नागरिकों के सहयोग से राज्य के प्रमुख शहरों की हवा पहले से कहीं अधिक स्वच्छ रही। अधिकांश शहरों में एयर क्वालिटी इंडेक्स (AQI) इस बार मध्यम या संतोषजनक श्रेणी में दर्ज किया गया, जो पिछले वर्षों की तुलना में बड़ा सुधार है।

दिवाली 2025 (20 अक्टूबर) को दर्ज प्रमुख शहरों के AQI स्तर:

देहरादून: 128 (मध्यम)
ऋषिकेश: 54 (संतोषजनक)
टिहरी: 66 (संतोषजनक)
काशीपुर: 168 (मध्यम)
रुड़की: 190 (मध्यम)
हल्द्वानी: 198 (मध्यम)
नैनीताल: 111 (मध्यम)

जबकि दिवाली 2024 में यह स्तर कई शहरों में खराब श्रेणी में था —
देहरादून: 269 (खराब)
काशीपुर: 269 (खराब)
ऋषिकेश: 175 (मध्यम)

*मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हमारा क्ष्य केवल त्योहारों में ही नहीं, बल्कि पूरे वर्ष स्वच्छ वायु सुनिश्चित करना है। इस वर्ष के परिणाम यह साबित करते हैं कि नवाचार, जागरूकता और सामूहिक भागीदारी से वास्तविक परिवर्तन संभव है।”*

*अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में उत्तराखंड आगे:*

जहाँ राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली में इस दिवाली AQI स्तर 351 (अत्यंत खराब), लखनऊ में 250, पटना में 226 और भोपाल में 235 (खराब श्रेणी) दर्ज किया गया, वहीं उत्तराखंड के शहरों का प्रदर्शन बेहतर रहा। यह राज्य की स्वच्छ वायु और सतत विकास के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है।
*उत्तराखंड प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड (UKPCB) के अध्यक्ष श्री आर. के. सुधांशु ने कहा:*

*“इस वर्ष की स्वच्छ दिवाली सामूहिक प्रयासों का परिणाम है। ड्रोन से जल छिड़काव, नई यांत्रिक स्वीपिंग मशीनें और विद्यालयों-कॉलेजों में चलाए गए जन-जागरूकता अभियानों ने ठोस असर दिखाया है।”*

देहरादून में ड्रोन आधारित वॉटर स्प्रिंकलिंग से PM₁₀ स्तर को नियंत्रित किया गया, जबकि देहरादून और ऋषिकेश में यांत्रिक स्वीपिंग मशीनों की तैनाती, जो राष्ट्रीय स्वच्छ वायु कार्यक्रम (NCAP), केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड (CPCB) द्वारा भारत सरकार के सहयोग से क्रय की गईं, ने सड़कों की धूल में उल्लेखनीय कमी की।
*जन-जागरूकता ने बदली सोच:*

विद्यालयों और महाविद्यालयों में आयोजित ‘ग्रीन दिवाली-क्लीन दिवाली’ अभियानों ने नागरिकों को पर्यावरण अनुकूल तरीके से पर्व मनाने और पटाखों के सीमित उपयोग के लिए प्रेरित किया। इससे प्रदूषण में प्रत्यक्ष कमी दर्ज हुई।

*स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण में भी प्रदर्शन बेहतर:*

देहरादून और ऋषिकेश शहरों ने हाल ही में स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण 2025 में अपने प्रदर्शन में उल्लेखनीय सुधार किया है, जिसे पर्यावरण, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय द्वारा आयोजित किया गया। यह उत्तराखंड के स्वच्छ, हरित और सतत विकासशील राज्य बनने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
