मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड की जनता पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों के साथ खड़ी है। उत्तराखंड सरकार आवश्यकता पड़ने पर संबंधित राज्यों को हर संभव सहयोग प्रदान करेगी।
