मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन ने शुक्रवार को सचिवालय में 16वें वित्त आयोग के उत्तराखण्ड दौरे की तैयारियों के सम्बन्ध में बैठक ली। मुख्य सचिव ने वित्त आयोग के उत्तराखण्ड दौरे के सम्पूर्ण कार्यक्रम, बैठकों एवं अन्य तैयारियों का जायजा लिया।

मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि वित्त आयोग के आगमन से लेकर प्रस्थान तक की समुचित व्यवस्थाएं दुरूस्त रखी जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार सम्पर्क अधिकारियों एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाओं को सुनिश्चित किया जाए। आयोग द्वारा देहरादून एवं नैनीताल में हितधारकों के साथ की जाने वाली विभिन्न प्रस्तावित बैठकों एवं प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस आदि की उचित व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं।

मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि आयोग के समक्ष रखे जाने वाले बिन्दुओं को केन्द्रित दृष्टिकोण के साथ प्रस्तुत किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि आयोग के बद्रीनाथ एवं केदारनाथ दौरे के दौरान यदि मौसम खराब होता है तो ऐसी परिस्थिति के लिए वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था भी सुनिश्चित की जाए।

इस अवसर पर सचिव श्री दिलीप जावलकर सहित सभी सम्बन्धित विभागों के विभागाध्यक्ष एवं वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
