देहरादून: मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को सचिवालय में 64वीं राज्य स्तरीय अधिकार प्राप्त समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न हुई। बैठक के दौरान मुख्य सचिव ने निर्देश दिए कि सभी विभागों द्वारा निर्धारित समय सीमा के अंतर्गत वांछित स्वीकृतियां अथवा आख्या शीघ्र ही उद्योग विभाग को उपलब्ध करायी जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के तहत लम्बित प्रकरणों का ससमय निस्तारण किया जाए।
मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के तहत लगभग 30 विभागों की 200 से अधिक सेवाएं शामिल की गयी हैं। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि जिन विभागों द्वारा स्वीकृतियों के लिए आवेदन पत्र ऑफलाइन लिए जा रहे हैं, शीघ्रातिशीघ्र इन्हें ऑनलाइन किया जाए। मुख्य सचिव ने जिलाधिकारियों को जनपद स्तर पर लम्बित प्रकरणों को शीघ्र निस्तारित करने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सिंगल विंडो के तहत विभागों द्वारा जारी किए जाने वाले अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्रों को निर्गत किए जाने में भी विलम्ब न किया जाए।
मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि प्रदेश में नए बनने वाले सरकारी और प्राईवेट औद्योगिक विकास क्षेत्रों में कनेक्टिविटी एवं जलापूर्ति का विशेष ध्यान रखा। उन्होंने कहा कि अपशिष्ट उपचार संयंत्रों (ईटीपी) द्वारा छोड़े जाने वाले पानी का मानकों के अनुरूप पुनः प्रयोग किए जाने हेतु मैकेनिज्म विकसित किया जाए, ताकि पेयजल एवं भूमिगत जल को औद्योगिक कार्यों हेतु उपयोग में कमी लायी जा सके।
इस अवसर पर सचिव रंजीत कुमार सिन्हा, हरि चन्द्र सेमवाल, डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार, विनय शंकर पाण्डेय एवं सदस्य सचिव प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड डॉ. पराग मधुकर धकाते सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी एवं वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जनपदों से जिलाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
