देहरादून: चारधाम यात्रा को सुरक्षित और सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए तैयारियां जोरों पर हैं। यात्रा रूटों पर किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा और दुर्घटनाओं के खतरे को टालने के लिए 13 या इससे अधिक यात्री क्षमता के व्यावसायिक (कमर्शियल) वाहनों के लिए ग्रीन कार्ड अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है।
दूसरे राज्यों के ऐसे वाहनों को 15 दिन के लिए ही ग्रीन कार्ड मिलेगा जबकि उत्तराखंड के वाहनों के लिए पूरी यात्रा अवधि के लिए यह कार्ड मान्य होगा। आज शुक्रवार से ग्रीन कार्ड बनाने का काम शुरू भी कर दिया गया है। अभी 15 वाहनों के आवेदन आ चुके हैं।
ऋषिकेश के सहायक संभागीय परिवहन अधिकारी (प्रशासन) रावत सिंह कटारिया ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के आदेशानुसार परिवहन विभाग चारधाम यात्रा में सुरक्षित परिवहन व्यवस्था की तैयारियों में जुटा है।
इसी उद्देश्य से ग्रीन कार्ड की व्यवस्था को अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। चालक को पर्वतीय मार्गों पर वाहन चलाने में दक्ष होना चाहिए। सभी प्रकार के कमर्शियल (व्यावसायिक) वाहनों को विभाग के तकनीकी अधिकारी के निरीक्षण रिपोर्ट के बाद ही ग्रीन कार्ड जारी किया जा रहा है। चालक के पास वाहन का फिटनेस प्रमाणपत्र, बीमा, प्रदूषण जांच प्रमाणपत्र, परमिट से संबंधित सभी दस्तावेज होने अनिवार्य हैं।
दूसरे राज्यों के चालकों के लिए हिल एंडोर्समेंट अनिवार्य
चार धाम यात्रा पर आने वाले कमर्शियल वाहन चालकों के लिए अब हिल एंडोर्समेंट अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। इसके लिए चालक को आनलाइन आवेदन कर टेस्ट देना होगा। ऑनलाइन टेस्ट फॉर्म मिलने पर उसे संभागीय परिवहन अथवा सहायक संभागीय परिवहन कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत करना होगा। इसके बाद आवेदक की पर्वतीय रूट पर ड्राइविंग में दक्षता की परीक्षा होगी। जो परीक्षा में पास होगा, उनके लाइसेंस में हिल एंडोर्समेंट कर दिया जाएगा।
दुर्घटना से बचाव के लिए कुछ अन्य मुख्य बिंदु
-यात्रा मार्गों पर रात 10 बजे से सुबह 4 बजे तक व्यावसायिक (कमर्शियल) वाहनों के चलने पर पूरी तरह रोक रहेगी।
-चालक जूते या ट्रेकिंग शूज पहनकर ही वाहन चलाएं।
-वाहन में फर्स्ट एड बॉक्स अनिवार्य रूप से हो।
-वाहन के पृष्ठ भाग में त्रिकोणीय रेडियम बोर्ड लगाना अनिवार्य होगा।
-वाहन सुरक्षित स्थान पर ही पार्क करें।
