रुद्रप्रयाग: आगामी त्योहारी पर्वों के दृष्टिगत खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी, पवन कुमार तथा सहायक आयुक्त, मनोज सेमवाल के नेतृत्व में खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन द्वारा जनपद रुद्रप्रयाग क्षेत्रान्तर्गत विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, पत्वून की दुकान, मिष्ठान दुकानों आदि में सघन चेकिंग अभियान संचालित किया गया। चेकिंग के दौरान खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों में अनियमिततायें पाए जाने पर सम्बन्धित खाद्य कारोबारकर्ताओं को सख्त निर्देश जारी किए गए।
अभिहित अधिकारी मनोज कुमार सेमवाल ने बताया कि एक प्रतिष्ठान में एक्सपायर नमकीन पाए जाने पर टीम द्वारा मौके पर सख्त चेतावनी के साथ सम्बन्धित नमकीन के पैकेटों को मौके पर ही नष्ट कराया गया।
नवरात्र पर्व के दृष्टिगत कुट्टू के आटे के अधिक सेवन के दृष्टिगत विभाग द्वारा कुट्टू का आटा तथा पैक्ड सूजी के 02 खाद्य नमूने जांच हेतु विश्लेषणशाला को प्रेषित किया गया है। जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने पर अग्रिम कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
उन्होंने बताया कि टीम द्वारा सभी खाद्य कारोबारकर्ताओं को बासी मिठाईयों का विक्रय न करने, एक्सपायरी खाद्य सामग्री किसी भी दशा में विक्रय हेतु दुकान में प्रदर्शित न करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम-2006 के नियमों एवं विनियमों को पालन करने हेतु निर्देशित किया। मानकों का उल्लघंन करने पर सख्त कार्यवाही की चेतावनी दी गयी है।
