टकनौर क्षेत्र में भालू का आतंक, महिला घायल–पूर्व विधायक सजवाण पहुंचे अस्पताल

उत्तरकाशी: भटवाड़ी प्रखंड के टकनौर क्षेत्र में पिछले कुछ समय से भालुओं का आतंक लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। आज प्रातः भटवाड़ी मुख्यालय के सालंग गाँव में यह आतंक और गहराया, जब गाँव के पूर्व प्रधान श्री बचेंद्र सिंह की पत्नी श्रीमती कैलाशी देवी उम्र 48 वर्ष, घास काटकर लौट रही थीं। अचानक भालू ने उन पर हमला कर दिया, जिससे वे गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गईं।

ग्रामीणों की तत्परता से उन्हें प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र भटवाड़ी लाया गया, जहाँ प्रारंभिक उपचार के बाद बेहतर इलाज हेतु जिला अस्पताल उत्तरकाशी रेफर किया गया। वर्तमान में वरिष्ठ सर्जन डॉ. के.पी. सिंह के देखरेख में उनका इलाज जारी है और फिलहाल वे खतरे से बाहर बताई जा रही हैं।

घटना की सूचना पर गंगोत्री क्षेत्र के पूर्व विधायक विजयपाल सजवाण भी अस्पताल पहुँचे। उन्होंने डॉक्टरों से विस्तृत जानकारी लेने के बाद घायल महिला की स्थिति का जायजा लिया और परिजनों से मिलकर ढांढस बंधाया। इस अवसर पर मौके पर मौजूद वन क्षेत्राधिकारी टकनौर रेंज को उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिये कि ग्रामीणों को भालू के बढ़ते आतंक से राहत दिलाने के लिए ठोस कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाए।

इस मौके पर पूर्व विधायक ने कहा कि वे शीघ्र ही माननीय वन मंत्री श्री सुबोध उनियाल से वार्ता करेंगे और मांग करेंगे कि वन विभाग लगातार गश्त कर क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा की ठोस व्यवस्था बनाए। उन्होंने आश्वस्त किया कि बढ़ती घटनाओं को देखते हुए भालुओं के आतंक पर नियंत्रण हेतु ठोस निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार भी इस दिशा में प्रयासरत है और यदि घटनाएँ लगातार बढ़ती हैं तो ऐसे भालुओं को आदमखोर घोषित कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
