देहरादून: शहरों में जलभराव की समस्या को दूर करने के लिए जिला प्रशासन निरंतर कार्य कर रहा है। मा0 मुख्यमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में जिला प्रशासन ने आईएसबीटी में जलभराव की बडी समस्या का स्थायी निदान करने के बाद अब निगम क्षेत्रों में जलजमाव की समस्या को दूर करने के लिए बड़ा एक्शन प्लान तैयार किया है।
जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल के निर्देशों पर नगर निगम देहरादून, ऋषिकेश और डोईवाला शहरों में जल भराव समस्या के समाधान हेतु 17 डी-वाटरिंग पंप लिए गए है। अपर जिलाधिकारी (एफआर) केके मिश्रा ने बुधवार को जिला आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र से इन डी-वाटरिंग पंपों को संबंधित विभागों को उपलब्ध करा दिया गया है।
जिलाधिकारी के निर्देश पर शहरों में जल जमाव वाले क्षेत्र चिन्हित किए गए है। इनमें प्रमुख क्षेत्रों पर जल निकासी के लिए डी-वाटरिंग पंप लगाए जाएंगे। जिसकी कार्रवाई प्रशासन ने शुरू कर दी है। जिला प्रशासन ने नगर निगम देहरादून, जल संस्थान व जल निगम को 10, नगर निगम ऋषिकेश के लिए 04, डोईवाला के लिए 02, तहसील ऋषिकेश को 01 डी-वाटरिंग एवं मड पंप सहवर्ती उपकरणों सहित उपलब्ध करा दिए गए है।
जिलाधिकारी ने मानसून अवधि के दौरान नगर निगम क्षेत्रों में जलभराव की समस्या से निपटने के लिए नगर मजिस्ट्रेट प्रत्यूष सिंह, एसडीएम हरिगिरी और एसडीएम कुमकुम जोशी की अध्यक्षता संबंधित विभागों के सहयोगी अधिकारियों को शामिल करते हुए त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया टीमें (क्यूआरटी) भी तैनात की है।
क्यूआरटी के पास डी-वाटरिंग पंप होने के बाद अब जलभराव की समस्या से लोगों को छुटकारा मिलेगा। जिलाधिकारी ने क्यूआरटी में नामित सभी अधिकारियों को मानसून अवधि के दौरान उनको आवंटित स्थानों पर जल निकासी में व्यवधान व चोकिंग पाए जाने पर तत्काल कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए है।
जिला आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र में डी-वाटरिंग पंप वितरण के दौरान जिला आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारी ऋषभ कुमार, नगर निगम के सेनेटरी इंस्पेक्टर राजेश बहुगुणा सहित जल संस्थान, जल निगम व सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
