कैबिनेट बैठक: 25 प्रस्तावों पर मुहर, आयुक्त और DM की पावर बढ़ी

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की अध्यक्षता में सचिवालय में मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक चली बैठक में जनहित से जुड़े 25 प्रस्तावों पर मुहर लगी। बैठक शाम 6:25 बजे शुरू जो करीब 4 घंटे चली।

वर्तमान समय में 682 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्रफल में 381 मीट्रिक टन कीवी का उत्पादन हो रहा है. ऐसे में इस नीति के तहत 2025-26 से 2030-31 तक क्षेत्रफल को बढ़ाकर 3500 किए जाने और उत्पादन को 33 हजार मीट्रिक टन किया जाना प्रस्तावित है. इस योजना में 12 लाख रुपए प्रति एकड़ का मानक रहेगा. साथ ही 50 से 70 फीसदी तक सब्सिडी राज्य सरकार की ओर से दी जाएगी.

मुख्यमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्यम उन्नयन योजना में संशोधन किया गया.
राज्य में सेब तुड़ाई के बाद प्रबंधन योजना को मिली मंजूरी. इसमें सब्सिडी का प्रावधान किया गया है.
ड्रैगन फ्रूट फार्मिंग स्कीम को मंजूरी मिली. इस स्कीम के तहत 80 फीसदी तक की सब्सिडी मिलेगी. अगले 5 सालों में 282 एकड़ भूमि पर ड्रैगन फ्रूट की खेती करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है. जिससे करीब 450 किसानों को लाभ मिलेगा.
उत्तराखंड स्टेट मिलेट पॉलिसी 2025-26 में संशोधन किया गया.

वहीं कैबिनेट बैठक में, प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में एक गांव को संस्कृत ग्राम घोषित किया जाएगा. जहां पर संस्कृति भाषा के प्रचार प्रसार के लिए अगले तीन साल के लिए एक इंस्ट्रक्टर रखा जाएगा

इसके अलावा विश्व बैंक से पोषित अर्द्ध नगरीय क्षेत्रों के लिए पेयजल योजना की धनराशि को भारत सरकार ने बढ़ा दिया है. जिसे मंत्रिमंडल ने मंजूरी दी.
आवासीय कॉलोनी डेवलप करने वाले प्रमोटर्स और रेजिडेंट वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के बीच रजिस्ट्री के लिए स्टांप ड्यूटी को 10 हजार रुपए फिक्स किया गया.
उत्तराखंड राज्य विज्ञान शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान केंद्र को उत्तराखंड राज्य विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी परिषद में समायोजन किया जाएगा.
शिरोलीकला, उधमसिंह नगर को नगर पालिका बनाए जाने पर मंत्रिमंडल ने सहमति दी.
उत्तराखंड आवास एवं विकास परिषद में ढांचे में संशोधन किया गया.
खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन में औषधि नियंत्रक बन सकेंगे अपर आयुक्त एफडीए.
देहरादून के रिस्पाना नदी के तटों पर शिखरफॉल से मोथोरोवाला संगम तक फ्लड फिलिंग जोन की अधिसूचना जारी किए जाने संबंधित प्रस्ताव आया था. जिसपर मंत्रिमंडल की मंजूरी मिली.

सिंचाई विभाग के वैज्ञानिक संवर्ग में प्रतिरूप सहायक के वेतनमान को बढ़ाया गया. इसके अलावा, सिंचाई विभाग के सेवा नियमावली में संशोधन किया गया

उत्तराखंड प्राइवेट सुरक्षा अभिकरण संशोधन नियमावली में संशोधन किया गया. पंचम विधानसभा के सत्रावसान को मंजूरी दी गई

स्टांप और रजिस्ट्रेशन डिपार्टमेंट के जो सब रजिस्ट्रार थे वो सिर्फ बिल के लिए काम कर रहे थे. लेकिन अब ये यूसीसी में शादी और तलाक के लिए भी सब रजिस्ट्रार घोषित किया गया है.

स्वच्छ पेशे में कार्यरत सरकारी कर्मचारी, जिनकी मृत्यु या फिर वो दिव्यांग हो जाते हैं तो उनके बच्चों को भी छात्रवृत्ति दी जाएगी.
कक्षा एक से कक्षा 12 तक के बच्चों को निशुल्क नोट बुक मिलेगी. इसी साल से लागू होगा.
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के ढांचे में संशोधन किया गया.
मेगा औद्योगिक निवेश नीति के कार्यकाल को जून 2025 तक बढ़ाया गया.
उत्तराखंड संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय हरिद्वार में विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग के अधिनियम 2018 को अंगीकृत करने को मंजूरी मिली
बैठक में आपदा में रिकवरी और पुनर्निर्माण के लिए अधिकारियों के वित्तीय पावर बढ़ाए गया. डीएम के पावर को 20 लाख से बढ़ाकर 1 करोड़ रुपए किया गए. मंडलायुक्त के पावर को 20 से 50 लाख से बढ़ाकर 1 से 5 करोड़ रुपए किया गया है. पैक्स के कैडर सचिव के लिए नई पॉलिसी लाई गई. उधमसिंह नगर जिले के पंतनगर में प्रस्तावित ग्रीनफील्ड एयरपोर्ट के विस्तारीकरण के लिए 11 हेक्टेयर भूमि को निशुल्क एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी को देने पर सहमति बनी.
