देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने मॉ बेटे के लिए खतरे का सबब बने शस्त्र लाईसेंस को निरस्त कर दिया है। दरसल विगत जनता दिवस में रेसकोर्स निवासी विकास घिल्डियाल ने बताया कि उसकी माता पिता के तलाक होने के बाद भी उसके पिता लाइसेंसी बंदूक से उसे और उसकी माता को डराया धमकाया करते है, जिससे कभी भी अप्रिय घटना हो सकती है।
सगे बेटे व पत्नी के लिए ही खतरे का सबब बना शस्त्र को डीएम ने विशेषाधिकार प्रयोग कर मौके पर ही लाइसेंस निलंबित करने के साथ ही सम्बन्धित के विरूद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए थे। जिसका विधिवत् आदेश कर दिया है।
जिलाधिकारी के इस निर्णय जहां से माता व पुत्र ने राहत की सांस ली है वहीं शस्त्र लाईसेंस के नाम पर असलहा का दुरूपयोग करने वालों को भी प्रशासन का सख्त संदेश है।
विशेषाधिकार का प्रयोग कर डीएम ने शस्त्र लाईसेंस को निलम्बित किया साथ ही पुलिस को सम्बन्धित के विरूद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज करने के भी निर्देश दिए है। एंग्री गनमैन बात-बात में परिजनों पर बंन्दूक तान देता था, जिस पर प्रशासन ने सख्त एक्शन लेते हुए लाईसेंस निलम्बित कर दिया है।
जिला प्रशासन का सख्त संदेश है कि लाईसेंस का मतलब मनमर्जी की छूट नहीं; नियम कायदे न माने तो सख्त कार्यवाही तय है। सगे बेटे व पत्नी के लिए ही खतरे का सबब बन गया था शस्त्र लाईसें जिसे डीएम ने विशेषाधिकार प्रयोग कर मौके पर ही निलम्बित करने के आदेश दिए थे। साथ ही एसएसपी को सम्बन्धित के विरूद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज करते हुए शस्त्र थाने में जमा करवाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
