देहरादून: भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता और विधायक श्री विनोद चमोली ने राज्य के भू कानून को जरूरी और आम जन की मंशा के अनुरूप बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य मे विकास योजनाओं के लिए एक लाख करोड़ से अधिक का बजट पारित किया गया है और यह विकास मे मील का पत्थर साबित होगा।

चमोली ने कहा कि कांग्रेस को जन हित के हर मुद्दे से समस्या है। राज्य की बदल रही डेमोग्राफी तथा संस्कृति के सरंक्षण के लिए धामी सरकार निर्णय ले रही है और कांग्रेस उस पर सवाल उठा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान मे भू कानून और बजट पर सर्वाधिक चर्चा की जरूरत है।

पार्टी मुख्यालय में पत्रकारों के सवालों का ज़बाब देते हुए श्री चमोली ने पहाड़ और मैदान की राजनैतिक बयानबाजियों को उत्तराखंड के साथ अन्याय बताया। उन्होंने इस मुद्दे पर विवाद समाप्त करने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि सदन के अंदर सभी को अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करना होता है और स्पीकर ने भी वही किया। लेकिन जिस तरह क्षेत्रवाद की आड़ में गैरजिम्मेदारी से उनके योगदान को नकारा जा रहा है वह बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।

सदन में कैबिनेट मंत्री की टिप्पणी को लेकर पूछे गए सवाल ज़बाब देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि किसी ने भी दोनों तरफ से हुई टिप्पणियां को उचित नहीं ठहराया है। पार्टी नेतृत्व ने भी उसका संज्ञान लेते हुए प्रदेश अध्यक्ष और महामंत्री संगठन मंत्री द्वारा उन्हें बुलाकर समझाया गया है। उन्हें सख्ती और संवेदनशीलता से सभी आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए हैं। वहीं स्वयं मंत्री ने भी अपने व्यक्तत्व पर खेद जताया है, लिहाजा इस पर की जारी चर्चा पर अब विराम लगना चाहिए।

चमोली ने कहा कि आज हमारी प्राथमिकता सशक्त भू कानून पर चर्चा की होनी चाहिए। 1 लाख करोड़ से अधिक का बजट राज्य के विकास के लिए आया है चर्चा उसके पहलुओं पर होनी चाहिए। लेकिन आज जिस तरह समाज में वैमनस्य पैदा करने वाले मुद्दे पर चर्चा हो रही है। इस सबसे कहीं न कहीं क्षेत्र का विकास प्रभावित होता है और पहाड़ के कल्याण के विषय पीछे छूटते हैं। लिहाजा हमे बेवजह के विवादों में नहीं उलझना चाहिए क्योंकि इसमें बहुत चर्चा हो गई है।

उन्होंने एक सवाल का जवाब देते हुए, स्पीकर श्रीमती ऋतू खंडूरी द्वारा सदन में किए दायित्व निर्वहन पर सोशल मीडिया टिप्पणियों को बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि सदन की मर्यादा होती है। में भी सिर्फ विनोद चमोली नहीं है बल्कि विधायक, एक पार्टी का कार्यकर्ता, उत्तराखंडी और राज्य आंदोलनकारी भी हूँ। चूंकि सदन के सदस्य नाते वहां हमारी कुछ मर्यादा होती है। ऐसे मे सदन के अंदर संवैधानिक परंपराओं, मर्यादा और अनुशासन का पालन कराना विधानसभा अध्यक्ष की भी जिम्मेदारी है। वे सदन से हम एकतरफा संदेश तो नहीं दे सकते है, सदन को व्यवस्थित करने और संतुलन बनाने का काम उनका होता है और अध्यक्ष की कुर्सी पर जो बैंठी है वह भी हमारी अपनी बेटी है। उन्होंने पद के दायित्व निर्वहन पर वहां जो किया वहां सर्वथा उचित है और उसे अन्यथा नहीं लेना चाहिए। लेकिन उनको गलत तरीके से प्रस्तुत कर टारगेट करना सही नहीं है। वह हमारे पहाड़ और उत्तराखंड की बेटी है, उनके पिता ने सेना और राजनीति में देश और उत्तराखंड की सेवा की है। उनके पति जो पहाड़ के मूल निवासी हैं उन्होंने करोना काल मे बतौर शीर्ष केंद्रीय अधिकारी आम लोगों की जान बचाने का काम किया।

उन्होंने ऐसे अनसोशल चर्चा पर स्वयं का हवाला देते हुए कहा, एक कर्तव्य से जुड़े बयान पर किसी का गलत मूल्यांकन करना उचित नहीं है। में स्वयं उस दिन सदन में नहीं था या उसपर तत्काल कुछ नहीं बोला तो क्या मेरे सामाजिक योगदान को नकार दिया जाएगा? जहां जरूरत थी वहां में बंदूकों के सामने भी आवाजों वालों में शामिल रहा हूं। लिहाजा सोशल मीडिया पर पहाड़ मैदान को लेकर विवाद खड़ा करना उत्तराखंड के साथ अन्याय है। अब सभी पक्षों को इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा बंद कर विकास के रास्ते पर आगे बढ़ना चाहिए।
