रुद्रप्रयाग: जनपद में फर्जी डिग्री के आधार पर तैनात दो शिक्षकों को तत्काल निलंबित कर दिया गया है। साथ ही फर्जी डिग्री के आधार पर छल व कपट से नौकरी प्राप्त करने के संबंध में दोषी करार पाते हुए 05-05 वर्ष की कठोर कारावास की सजा तथा 10 हजार रुपए के अर्थदंड जुर्माने से भी दंडित किया गया है।

जनपद में तैनात फर्जी शिक्षक वीरेंद्र सिंह पुत्र जीत सिंह एवं रघुवीर सिंह बुटोला पुत्र भगत सिंह द्वारा अपनी बीएड की फर्जी डिग्री के आधार पर शिक्षक की नौकरी प्राप्त की गई। शिक्षा विभाग के एसआईटी एवं विभागीय जांच के अनुसार उक्त दोनों शिक्षकों को दो पृथक-पृथक फौजदारी मामलों में अलग-अलग वर्षों में प्राप्त फर्जी बीएड की डिग्री से नौकरी प्राप्त करने पर उनकी बीएड की डिग्री का सत्यापन कराया गया।

इसके बाद चौधरी चरण सिंह विश्वविद्यालय मेरठ से जांच आख्या प्राप्त हुई जिसमें उपरोक्त दोनों फर्जी शिक्षकों के द्वारा कोई भी बीएड की डिग्री जारी नहीं हुई पाई गई। शासन द्वारा एसआईटी जांच के उपरांत दोनों शिक्षकों पर मुकदमा पंजीकृत कराया गया।

साथ ही उन्हें तत्काल प्रभाव से बर्खास्त किया गया। मुकदमे की सुनवाई के दौरान मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट श्री अशोक कुमार सैनी के न्यायालय द्वारा उक्त फर्जी शिक्षकों को फर्जी डिग्री के आधार पर छल व कपट से नौकरी प्राप्त करने के संबंध में दोषी करार पाते हुए अभियुक्तों को धारा-420 भारतीय दंड संहिता, 1860 के अंतर्गत 05-05 वर्ष की कठोर कारावास की सजा तथा दस हजार रुपए के जुर्माने से दंडित किया गया है।

साथ ही जुर्माना अदा न करने पर तीन माह का अतिरिक्त कारावास की सजा भी सुनाई गई है। दोषसिद्ध फर्जी शिक्षक वीरेंद्र सिंह पुत्र जीत सिंह एवं रघुवीर सिंह बुटोला पुत्र भगत सिंह को न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में लेकर दंडादेश भुगतने हेतु जिला कारागार पुरसाड़ी (चमोली) भेज दिया गया है।

वहीं इस निर्णय एवं आदेश की प्रतिलिपि शिक्षा निदेशालय को भी प्रेषित की गई है ताकि शिक्षा विभाग के गैर जिम्मेदार शिक्षा अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध विभागीय कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जा सके। राज्य सरकार की ओर से उक्त मामले में प्रभावी पैरवी अभियोजन अधिकारी प्रमोद चंद्र आर्य एवं विनीत उपाध्याय द्वारा की गई।
