जल जीवन मिशन की समीक्षा में सीएम धामी ने शेष योजनाएं समयसीमा में पूरी करने के दिए निर्देश

देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को सचिवालय में जल जीवन मिशन की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने शेष पेयजल योजनाओं को निर्धारित समयसीमा में पूरा करने के साथ ही पूर्ण हो चुकी योजनाओं के स्थलीय सत्यापन और उनके नियमित संचालन एवं रख-रखाव की स्थायी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन की सफलता केवल नल कनेक्शन देने तक सीमित नहीं है। प्रत्येक ग्रामीण परिवार को नियमित, पर्याप्त, सुरक्षित और गुणवत्तापूर्ण पेयजल उपलब्ध होना जरूरी है। उन्होंने शेष पात्र ग्रामीण परिवारों को समयसीमा के भीतर नल कनेक्शन से जोड़कर हर घर जल का लक्ष्य शत-प्रतिशत पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में बताया गया कि राज्य में जल जीवन मिशन के तहत 16,555 योजनाओं में से 15,540 योजनाएं पूरी हो चुकी हैं, जबकि 1,015 योजनाएं निर्माणाधीन हैं। मिशन के तहत राज्य की औसत प्रगति 92.46 प्रतिशत है। वहीं, 14.48 लाख ग्रामीण परिवारों में से 14.20 लाख परिवारों को नल कनेक्शन उपलब्ध कराया जा चुका है।

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि राज्य के 14,979 गांवों में से 9,796 गांवों में हर नल से जल की उपलब्धता का सत्यापन पूरा हो चुका है। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्माणाधीन एवं लंबित योजनाओं को मिशन मोड में पूरा करने और जिलाधिकारियों को संबंधित विभागों के साथ समन्वय कर तकनीकी एवं प्रशासनिक समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में पेयजल स्रोतों के संरक्षण एवं पुनर्जीवीकरण, वर्षा जल संचयन और जल स्रोतों के पुनर्भरण पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा। उन्होंने प्रत्येक जिले में जलापूर्ति संबंधी तकनीकी समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान की व्यवस्था विकसित करने के साथ योजनाओं के संचालन और रख-रखाव की प्रभावी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने जनपदवार लक्ष्य, समयसीमा और जवाबदेही तय करने को कहा। अनावश्यक विलंब पाए जाने पर संबंधित कार्यदायी संस्था और जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों की जवाबदेही तय करने के निर्देश भी दिए। बैठक में अवस्थापना अनुश्रवण परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष विश्वास डाबर, प्रमुख सचिव आरके सुधांशु, सचिव पेयजल रणवीर सिंह चौहान, अपर सचिव रोहित मीणा, झरना कमठान सहित संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
