देहरादून, 1 जून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को मुख्यमंत्री कैम्प कार्यालय स्थित मुख्यसेवक सदन में आयोजित नियुक्ति पत्र वितरण समारोह में विभिन्न विभागों में चयनित 276 अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किए। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने सभी नवचयनित युवाओं को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की।
नियुक्ति पत्र प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों में वन विभाग के 109, महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग के 88, प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग के 65 तथा नगर एवं ग्राम नियोजन विभाग के 14 अभ्यर्थी शामिल हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि नियुक्ति पत्र प्राप्त करना केवल एक उपलब्धि नहीं, बल्कि जनसेवा के नए दायित्व की शुरुआत है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्षों के परिश्रम, अनुशासन, संघर्ष और धैर्य के बाद युवाओं को यह सफलता मिली है, जो उनकी प्रतिभा, आत्मविश्वास और समर्पण का प्रमाण है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं को पूरी तरह पारदर्शी, निष्पक्ष और जवाबदेह बनाने के लिए अनेक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए हैं। नकल माफियाओं और भ्रष्टाचार पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगाने के लिए राज्य में देश का सबसे सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया गया है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप आज युवाओं की सफलता का आधार केवल उनकी योग्यता और मेरिट है।
उन्होंने बताया कि पिछले साढ़े चार वर्षों में लगभग 33 हजार युवाओं को पारदर्शी एवं मेरिट आधारित प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से सरकारी सेवाओं से जोड़ा गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने नवचयनित कार्मिकों से अपेक्षा की कि वे ईमानदारी, संवेदनशीलता और कर्तव्यनिष्ठा के साथ जनसेवा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि नगर एवं ग्राम नियोजन विभाग के कार्मिक प्रदेश के सुनियोजित विकास में योगदान देंगे, जबकि प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग से जुड़े युवा तकनीकी शिक्षा और कौशल विकास को नई दिशा प्रदान करेंगे। वहीं महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग के कार्मिक मातृ एवं बाल कल्याण से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण दायित्व निभाएंगे तथा वन विभाग में चयनित युवा राज्य की वन संपदा और जैव विविधता के संरक्षण में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश विकसित भारत-2047 के संकल्प की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहा है और उत्तराखंड सरकार भी विकसित उत्तराखंड के लक्ष्य को लेकर निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में आधारभूत संरचना का तेजी से विकास हो रहा है, निवेश बढ़ रहा है और युवाओं के लिए नए अवसर सृजित किए जा रहे हैं।
