‘नॉर्थ हर-की-पौड़ी डेवलपमेंट वर्क्स’ के तहत ₹66.34 करोड़ की परियोजना को व्यय वित्त समिति ने मंजूरी दी है। यह परियोजना भारत सरकार की SASCI योजना के अंतर्गत स्वीकृत है। पहले चरण में ₹10 करोड़ की धनराशि जारी करने का प्रस्ताव भेजा गया है, जिससे हर की पौड़ी क्षेत्र में पर्यटन सुविधाओं का विस्तार किया जाएगा।

खेल अवसंरचना के विकास को भी मंजूरी
SASCI योजना के तहत हल्द्वानी के अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्टेडियम को खेल विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में विकसित करने की योजना को स्वीकृति दी गई है। इस परियोजना की अनुमानित लागत ₹3636.50 लाख तय की गई है, जिसमें अकादमिक भवन और छात्रावास भी शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा चंपावत में ‘श्री गोलू देवता कॉरिडोर (जोन-ए)’ के पहले चरण के लिए ₹117.22 करोड़ की परियोजना को मंजूरी दी गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार “विकास और विरासत के संतुलन” के साथ उत्तराखंड को पर्यटन, संस्कृति, खेल और ग्रामीण सशक्तिकरण के क्षेत्र में अग्रणी बनाने के लिए लगातार कार्य कर रही है। इन योजनाओं से राज्य में बुनियादी ढांचे का विस्तार और जनसुविधाओं में सुधार होगा।
