रुद्रप्रयाग : जनपद में गणतंत्र दिवस को धूमधाम एवं हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाये जाने के लिए जिलाधिकारी प्रतीक जैन की अध्यक्षता में संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने गणतंत्र दिवस पर आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों को सफल बनाने के लिए पुलिस, होमगार्ड, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, नगर पालिका, खेल, लोनिवि सहित संबंधित विभागों को अहम जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी।
जिला कार्यालय सभागार में बैठक लेते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि गुलाबराय मैदान में आयोजित होने वाले गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह में विभिन्न विभागों की झांकियां निकाली जाएंगी, इसके लिए उन्होंने उपस्थित अधिकारियों को रूपरेखा तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। साथ ही उन्होंने समस्त कार्यालयों में 25 व 26 जनवरी को प्रकाशमान करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने बताया कि समस्त शासकीय कार्यालयों में प्रातः 9ः30 बजे ध्वजारोहण किया जाएगा तथा कार्यक्रम स्थल की साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था सहित पंडाल, विद्युत, पेयजल आदि के लिए संबंधित विभागों को समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने शिक्षा विभाग को छात्र-छात्राओं के माध्यम से प्रभात फेरी एवं सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों को कार्यक्रम स्थल या उनके घर जाकर उन्हें सम्मानित करना सुनिश्चित करें। साथ ही उन्होंने गणमान्य लोगों को निमंत्रण कार्ड समय पर पहुंचने के निर्देश भी दिए। उन्होंने लोनिवि के अधिकारियों को कार्यक्रम स्थल गुलाबराय मैदान में पंडाल, साउण्ड सिस्टम, मुख्य अतिथि एवं गणमान्य व्यक्तियों के लिए बैठने आदि की समुचित व्यवस्था समय से करने के निर्देश भी दिए।
