पिथौरागढ़ जनपद में एक यात्री वाहन के अनियंत्रित होकर नदी में गिर जाने की दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गहरा शोक व्यक्त किया है। बता दें कि पिथौरागढ़ में दर्दनाक हादसा सोनी पुल के समीप मैक्सी खाई में गिरने से गाड़ी में सवार 13 लोग में 7 लोगो की मृत्यु हो गई,जबकि 06 लोग घायल हो गए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने दिवंगत आत्माओं की शांति के लिए ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करते हुए शोक संतप्त परिजनों के प्रति अपनी गहरी संवेदना व्यक्त की है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह दुर्घटना अत्यंत पीड़ादायक है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने जिला प्रशासन और राहत-बचाव दलों को रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा है कि घायलों को समय पर उचित एवं निशुल्क चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
