महामहिम राष्ट्रपति के 19 से 21 जून 2025 तक राजधानी देहरादून का भ्रमण कार्यक्रम निर्धारित है। अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट जय भारत सिंह ने बताया कि मा0 राष्ट्रपति के जनपद में निवास के दौरान निवास स्थान के आस पास ध्वनि की तीव्रता को नियंत्रित करते हुए ध्वनि प्रतिसिद्व क्षेत्र घोषित करते हुए ध्वनि की तीव्रता को 40 डेसिबल तक निर्धारित किया जाना आवश्यक है।

इसके लिए अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ने राजपुर रोड पर मसूरी डायवर्जन से राष्ट्रपति निकेतन होते हुए ब्रहम कमल चौक और ब्रहमकमल चौक से कैनाल रोड़ पर एनआईईपीवीडी के अरूणद्वार, बालासुन्दरी मंदिर होते हुए नैनीताल बैंक की कैनाल रोड़ शाखा तक सड़क के दोनों ओर 100 मीटर की दूरी तक और उक्त दोनों क्षेत्रों के मध्य के समस्त क्षेत्रों में धारा-163 लागू करते हुए प्रतिसिद्व क्षेत्र घोषित कर दिया है।

यह आदेश 19 जून 2025 की सायं 4ः00 बजे से 21 जून 2025 को अपराह्न 1ः00 बजे अथवा मा0 राष्ट्रपति के प्रस्थान के उपरांत एक घंटे तक प्रभावी रहेगा। अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ने बताया कि सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत यह आदेश तत्काल किया जाना है, इसलिए एक पक्षीय रूप से यह आदेश निर्गत किया जाता है। आदेश का उल्लंघन भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा-223 के अधीन दंडनीय होगा।
