देहरादून: गढ़वाल अपर आयुक्त उत्तम सिंह चौहान की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को देहरादून सर्वे चौक स्थित कैंप कार्यालय में लैंड फ्रॉड समन्वय समिति की बैठक हुई। कमेटी द्वारा लैंड फ्रॉड में दर्ज 58 मामलों पर चर्चा की गई और संबंधित अधिकारियों की रिपोर्ट और शिकायतकर्ताओं की सुनवाई के आधार पर 08 मामलों का मौके पर निस्तारण किया गया।

अपर आयुक्त ने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि लैंड फ्रॉड के मामलों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए इससे जुड़े वादों का तेजी से निस्तारण करें। भूमि फ्रॉड से जुड़े मामलों पर त्वरित कार्यवाही करें और इसकी रिपोर्ट तत्काल साझा करें। ऐसे प्रकरण जिनमें भूमि धोखाधडी स्पष्ट परिलक्षित हुई है, उनमें एफआईआर दर्ज करते हुए एसआईटी से जांच कराने के निर्देश दिए।

अपर आयुक्त ने न्यायालय में विचारधीन मामलों को छोड़कर शेष विभागीय स्तर पर की जाने वाली कार्यवाही में तेजी लाने और भूमि से सम्बन्धित किसी भी प्रकरण को अपने स्तर पर लंबित ना रखने के निर्देश दिए। लैंड फ्रॉड मामलों के निस्तारण और भूमि प्रबंधन के सम्बन्ध में न्यायालय के आदेशों का अनुपालन करवाने के भी निर्देश दिए। जिन भूमि के प्रकरणों में जांच की जानी हैं और रिपोर्ट दी जानी है उसकी जांच करते हुए जल्द से जल्द रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराने को कहा।

लैंड फ्रॉड में दर्ज कुल 58 मामलों में से सबसे अधिक 45 मामले देहरादून जिले से संबंधित थे। जबकि पौड़ी जनपद के 06, टिहरी व रूद्रप्रयाग के 02-02 और चमोली, रूद्रप्रयाग व उत्तरकाशी जनपद के 1-1 प्रकरण पर चर्चा की गई। इस दौरान संबंधित अधिकारियों की जांच रिपोर्ट और शिकायतकर्ताओं की सुनवाई के आधार 08 मामलों का मौके पर निस्तारण किया गया। लैंड फ्रॉड समन्वय समिति ने सुनवाई में चल रहे अधिकांश मामलों पर एक माह के भीतर रिपोर्ट मांगी है।
