देहरादून: माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रोपदी मुर्मु के 20 एवं 21 जून को जनपद में प्रस्तावित भ्रमण कार्यक्रम की तैयारियों को लेकर जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने ऋषिपर्णा सभागार कलेक्टेªट में बैठक ली। बैठक में जिलाधिकारी ने समस्त सम्बन्धित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि सौपे गए कार्यों एवं तैयारियों को समय से पूर्ण करे।
राष्ट्रपति का 20 जून को आशियाना एवं 21 जून योग दिवस के अवसर पर कार्यक्रम में प्रस्तावित है। जिलाधिकारी ने आयुष विभाग को योग दिवस के अवसर पर विभागों से समन्वय करते हुए तैयारी पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही जिलाधिकारी ने सभी सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि विभागों को जो जिम्मेदारियों सौंपी गई हैं उनका समय से पूर्ण कर लें। विभाग आपसी समन्वय से कार्यक्रम स्थलों पर निर्धारित प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार व्यवस्थाएं बनाना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, अपर जिलाधिकारी प्रशासन जयभारत सिंह, पुलिस अधीक्षक सदर रेनू, नगर मजिस्ट्रेट प्रत्युष सिंह, उप जिलाधिकारी हरिगिरि, मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी डॉ0 मनोज कुमार, संयुक्त निदेशक आयुष मिथलेश कुमार, अधिशासी अभियंता लोनिवि जितेन्द्र कुमार त्रिपाठी, जिला पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी सीमा नौटियाल सहित सम्बन्धित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
