रुड़की में पूर्व पार्षद के कार्यालय में लूट का प्रयास तथा महिला से चेन लूटने में शामिल तीन बदमाशों की मंसूरपुर में शनिवार रात को उप्र पुलिस से मुठभेड़ हो गई। उत्तराखंड पुलिस बदमाशों का पीछा करते हुए मंसूरपुर तक पहुंची थी।

मुठभेड़ के दौरान साहिल, राजेश कुमार, अभी कुमार निवासी संगम विहार दिल्ली गिरफ्तार किया है। बदमाशों ने उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड में शनिवार को 3 घंटे के भीतर लूट के सात घटना को अंजाम दिया था। मंसूरपुर में पेट्रोल पंप कर्मचारी से 15 हजार लुटे थे।

पुलिस ने बताया कि शनिवार सुबह तीनों बदमाशों ने मंसूरपुर स्थित एक पेट्रोल पंप के सेल्समैन को बंधक बनाकर 15 हजार रुपए लूटे थे। साथ ही तीन बाइक सवार लोगों से भी नगदी और मोबाइल फोन लूटे थे।

रुड़की पुलिस ने भी बदमाशों से पूछताछ की है। साथ ही रुड़की में महिला से लूटी गई चेन भी बदमाशों से बरामद हुई है। रुड़की सिविल लाइन कोतवाली की पुलिस टीम मंसूरपुर थाने में डेरा डाले है।
