माननीय मंत्री शिक्षा,स्वास्थ्य एवं सहकारिता व जनपद के प्रभारी मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत ने शुक्रवार को आगामी नन्दादेवी राजजात यात्रा की तैयारियों को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक ली। उन्होंने यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर अधिकारियों से जानकारी लेते हुए यात्रा के सफल संचालन को लेकर सभी अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में प्रभारी मंत्री ने यात्रा तैयारियों को लेकर सचिव कार्मिक से दूरभाष से वार्ता कर शीघ्र मेलाधिकारी और उप जिलाधिकारी कर्णप्रयाग व थराली की तैनाती करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस बार बडी संख्या में श्रद्धालु पहुंचेंगे। उसी के हिसाब से सारी व्यवस्थाएं की जाए। उन्होंने पर्यटन अधिकारी को नन्दा राजजात की एसओपी बनाने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि जो भी निर्माण किया जाएं वो स्थायी प्रकृति के हों ताकि उनका अन्य कामों में भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकेे। उन्होंने यात्रा मार्ग पर प्रीफेब्रीकेटेड शौचालय,पेयजल व्यवस्था हैलीपेड व पार्किग को लेकर शीघ्र निर्माण की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए ताकि समय से सारी व्यवस्थाएं चाक चौबंद की जा सके।

इस दौरान उन्होंने शिक्षा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा की उन्होंने मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी से विद्यालयों की स्थिति और शिक्षकों की रिक्तियों को लेकर जानकारी ली और क्लस्टर विद्यालयों को लेकर एक्सरसाइज करने के निर्देश दिए। और प्रत्येक बीइओ को जनप्रतिनिधियों को साथ में लेते हुए ब्लॉक में 02-02 विद्यालयों को क्लस्टर विद्यालय के रूप में चिन्हित करते हुए कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए।

बताया कि क्लस्टर विद्यालय में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों को 20 से 25 रूपया प्रतिकिमी के हिसाब से किराया दिया जाएगा। क्लस्टर विद्यालयों में सारी सुविधाएं दी जाएंगी। साथ ही उन्होंने मुख्य शिक्षाधिकारी को रिक्तियों को लेकर विषयवार अध्यापकों की सूची तीन दिन मे देने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही नियमित रूप से शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण देने के निर्देश दिए।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी से स्वास्थ्य विभाग में पदो व तैनाती को लेकर जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा जल्द ही जनपद में एक रेडियोलाजिस्ट व स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ की तैनाती की जाएगी। साथ ही जनपद के रिक्त चिकित्सकों के पदो पर शीघ्र चिकित्सकों की तैनाती की बात भी कही।

वहीं अनुपस्थित रहने वाले डॉक्टरों पर नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को कडी कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए। जनपद में चिकित्सको के आवासीय भवनों की आवश्यकता के अनुसार प्रस्ताव तैयार कर उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए। सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों के माध्यम से सरकार आपके द्वार कार्यक्रम के तहत स्वास्थ्य चौपाल आयोजित कर ग्रामीणों को स्वास्थ्य सुविधा उपलबध कराने के निर्देश दिए।
