बागेश्वर: अवैध खनन को लेकर डीएम हुए सख्त…

जिलाधिकारी आशीष भटगांई ने वन,पुलिस व राजस्व अधिकारियों की बैठक लेते हुए अवैध खनन को लेकर मा.उच्च न्यायालय नैनीताल के आदेशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराने के निर्देश दिए है।

मंगलवार देर शाम जिला अवैध खनन निरोधक दल की बैठक लेते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने जिले एवं तहसील स्तर पर गठित निरोधक दल को सक्रियता व तत्परता से कार्य करने के कड़े निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने जिले एवं तहसील स्तर पर गठित निरोधक दल को खनन क्षेत्रो में कड़ी निगरानी रखने के साथ ही अवैध अतिक्रमण आदि को लेकर सम्बंधित के खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए है।

जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि अवैध खनन को लेकर निरोधक दल नियमित खनन क्षेत्र में जाकर स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर सक्रिय रहेंगे। तथा अवैध खनन या अतिक्रमण को लेकर जो भी शिकायतें प्राप्त होती है तो उस पर तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक चंद्रशेखर आर घोड़के,प्रभागीय वनाधिकारी ध्रुव सिंह मर्तोलिया,अपर जिलाधिकारी एनएस नबियाल, उप जिलाधिकारी मोनिका,अनुराग आर्या, जितेंद्र वर्मा, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक अंकित कंडारी,जिला खनन अधिकारी सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
