राजकीय प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ शाखा चम्बा के त्रैवार्षिक अधिवेशन में रविंद्र सिंह खाती अध्यक्ष पद व मंगत नेगी मंत्री पद पर निर्वाचित हुए। विकास खंड चम्बा के त्रैवार्षिक अधिवेशन चुनाव अधिकारी राकेश बागडी कुशाल सिंह विष्ट की देखरेख तथा चुनाव पर्यवेक्षक विनोद बागडी के निर्देश मे समपन्न हुआ।
अध्यक्ष पद पर रविंद्र खाती व विजेंद्र पंवार ने नामांकन दाखिल किया जिसमे कुल 223 मत मे रविंद्र खाती ने 145 मत हासिल कर जीत दर्ज की, मंत्री पद पर मंगत नेगी को 130 मत व श्रीमती संगीता चमोली को 92 मत प्राप्त हुए, मंगत नेगी विजयी घोषित किए गए। कोषाध्यक्ष पद पर श्रीमती दीपिका आर्य ने 116 मत पा कर अजय रमोला को 104 मत मिले।
कोषाध्यक्ष पद महिलाओं को मिला। कार्यकारिणी के शेष सभी 17पद पर निर्विरोध चयनित किए गए। शांति पूर्ण चुनाव समपन्न होने पर नव निर्वाचित अध्यक्ष रविंद्र खाती , मंत्री मंगत सिंह नेगी कोषाध्यक्ष श्रीमती दीपिका आर्य ने सभी शिक्षक शिक्षिकाओं व चुनाव अधिकारियों का आभार व्यक्त किया। नव निर्वाचित सभी पदाधिकारियों व कार्यकारिणी सदस्यों को पर्यवेक्षक विनोद बागडी ने शपथ दिलाई।
