जिला खान अधिकारी प्रदीप कुमार ने बताया कि विभागीय कार्यो से ग्राम अगोडा (संगम चट्टी) में जांच हेतु जाते वक्त गंगोरी-संगम चट्टी मोटर मार्ग के क़ि0मी0 07 पर ग्राम रवाडा अंतर्गत केडिगाड़ में मोटर मार्ग पर एक मोबाईल स्टोन क्रेशर स्थापित पाया गया था। जिसके सम्बंध में कार्य मे लगे स्टाफ से जानकारी ली गयी तो पता चला कि उक्त मोटर मार्ग पीएमजीएसवाई उत्तरकाशी के निर्माणाधीन मोटर पुल के लिए रोड़ी का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है, जिसका कार्य विभाग के ठेकेदार द्वारा किसी स्थानीय व्यक्तियों को दिया गया है।
मौके पर 234 घनमीटर कच्चा/पक्का उपखनिज पाया गया है, जिस पर नियमानुसार रु0 1,24,254 रु0 अर्थदण्ड किया गया है। उपखनिज को ट्रैक्टर के माध्यम से भरा जा रहा था, जिसमे 01 टन माल भरा होने पर जुर्माना 20,442 रु0 आरोपित किया गया।
मौके पर उपस्थित 02 स्थानीय ठेकेदारों से स्थापित मोबाइल स्टोन क्रेशर व जमा उपखनिज के वैध दस्तावेज मांगे जाने पर वह वांछित दस्तावेज उपलब्ध नही करा पाये, लिहाजा मोबाईल स्टोन क्रेशर को अवैध मानते हुये उपखनिज सहित सीज किया गया है। जिला खान अधिकारी ने बताया है कि जिले में अवैध रूप से खनन व परिवहन पर लगातार कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
