टिहरी गढ़वाल: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को रा.इ.कॉ. गरखेत नैनबाग टिहरी गढ़वाल पहुंचकर जौनपुर क्रीड़ा एवं सांस्कृतिक विकास महोत्सव में प्रतिभाग किया। समिति द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री का जोरदार स्वागत करते हुए कोट एवं टोपी पहनाकर सम्मान किया गया।

इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने द्वारगढ़ से हिंगोती भद्रराज मंदिर तक 6 किलोमीटर मोटर मार्ग निर्माण, अगलाड़ थत्यूड़ मोटर मार्ग किमी 10 से ठक्कर कुदाऊं , खास कुदाऊं होते हुए स्वेल चक तक 4 किमी मोटर मार्ग निर्माण , गरखेत में स्थाई हैलीपेड निर्माण, जौनपुर क्रीड़ा एवं सांस्कृतिक विकास महोत्सव को राजकीय मेला घोषित करने की घोषणा की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि महोत्सव में पहुंचकर उन्हें हर्ष की अनुभूति हुई। महोत्सव द्वारा खेल, विकास, लोक संस्कृति एवं परंपराओं को संजोए रखने के साथ ही उन्हें पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी आगे बढ़ाने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा राज्य स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर अपनी संस्कृति, बोली-भाषा का संरक्षण करने, पूर्वजों की विरासत को सहज कर रखने की बात कही गई, जिसके लिए राज्य सरकार संकल्पबद्ध है।

उन्होंने कहा कि मेले प्रेम, स्नेह, अपनत्व की भावना बढ़ने के साथ ही सामरिक एवं सामाजिक क्षेत्र में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते है। उत्तराखंड की समृद्ध संस्कृति हमारी मूल पहचान है। हमारे प्रवासी भाई और बहनों द्वारा सात समुंदर पार भी अपनी संस्कृति को जीवित रखने का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा अपनी बोली भाषाओं के साहित्य सृजन एवं प्रोत्साहन देने हेतु उत्तराखंड साहित्य गौरव सम्मान दिया जा रहा है। फिल्म नीति बनाई गई है जिसके तहत विभिन्न स्थानीय भाषाओं को प्रोत्साहित कर फिर निर्माण हेतु धनराशि दी जा रही है।

सांस्कृतिक एवं धार्मिक स्थलों को भव्य रूप देने के लिए पुनर्निर्माण के कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। उत्तराखंड के पारंपरिक खेलों को प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है। पलायन रोकथाम एवं समग्र विकास के कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। शासकीय सेवाओं में नौकरी सृजन के साथ ही दुग्ध, मौन पालन, कृषि, बागवानी, होमस्टे आदि क्षेत्रों में कार्य कर स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। महिला समूह द्वारा बनाए जा रहे उत्पादों की मांग आज देश-विदेश में काफी बढ़ रही है।

पहाड़ी उत्पादों का पहचान दिलाने के लिए हाउस ऑफ हिमालया ब्रांड के उच्च गुणवत्ता के उत्पाद राज्य में ही नहीं अपितु राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी पहचान मिल रही है। उत्तराखंड की एक लाख से अधिक महिलाएं लखपति दीदी बन चुकी है और सवा लाख तक के लक्ष्य को जल्द पूरा करेंगे। किसानों को 3 लाख तक का ऋण बिना ब्याज के दिया जा रहा है। राज्य में सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया गया है। पिछले साढ़े तीन साल में सरकारी सेवाओं में उन्नीस हजार नौकरियां प्रदान की गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ऐसे आयोजनों के कारण ही हमारी लोक संस्कृति और भी अधिक सुदृढ़ होती है। अपनी सांस्कृतिक धरोहर को सहेजने और उसे नई पीढ़ी तक पहुँचाने का अद्भुत कार्य करने के लिए उन्होने आयोजकों के प्रयासों को भी सराहा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार सख्त भू कानून बनाने के लिए संकल्पबद्ध है और इसके लिए शासन-प्रशासन स्तर पर सुझाव मांगे जा रहे हैं। जल्दी ही भू कानून का प्रारूप तैयार किया जाएगा और जिन लोगों ने गलत तरीके से उत्तराखंड में भूमि खरीदी है उनके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

इस मौके पर धनोल्टी विधायक प्रीतम सिंह पंवार ने मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा महोत्सव में प्रतिभाग करने पर क्षेत्रीय जनता की ओर से आभार व धन्यवाद प्रकट किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सरकार के विकास कार्यों एवं उपलब्धियों को गिनाते हुए क्षेत्र के विकास को गति देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष मांग पत्र रखा।

इस अवसर पर विधायक राजपुर खजान दास, जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा राजेश नौटियाल, अध्यक्ष ओबीसी आयोग संजय नेगी, निवर्तमान ब्लॉक प्रमुख/प्रशासक सीता रावत, डीएम मयूर दीक्षित, प्रभारी एसएसपी सरिता डोभाल, सीडीओ डॉ. अभिषेक त्रिपाठी, पूर्व विधायक जोत सिंह गुनसोला, मनमोहन मल्ल सहित सुभाष रमोला मेला समिति के अध्यक्ष सुरेश पंवार सहित जनप्रतिनिधिगण व क्षेत्रीय जनता मौजूद रही।
