30 दिसम्बर 2025 से 05 जनवरी 2026 तक प्रदेश में यातायात प्रबंधन पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। प्रदेश में बेहतर कानून व्यवस्था के साथ ही यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि पर्यटकों और आगन्तुकों को किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो। पुलिस द्वारा नियमित रात्रिकालीन गश्त की जाए। पुलिस के उच्चाधिकारी भी कानून व्यवस्था और यातायात प्रबंधन की व्यवस्थाओं को सुदृढ़ बनाने के लिए समय-समय पर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण करें। प्रदेश में कानून व्यवस्था के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए। ये निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सचिवालय में नव वर्ष 2026 के अवसर पर आवागमन को सुगम बनाने, पर्यटकों की सुविधा, यातायात प्रबंधन एवं कानून व्यवस्था की समीक्षा की बैठक के दौरान अधिकारियों को दिये।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बैठक में अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिये कि राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था को चुस्त-दुरुस्त रखा जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड में आपराधिक कृत्य करने वालों को बख्शा नहीं जायेगा। राज्य के प्रमुख पर्यटक स्थलों, अधिक आवागमन तथा भीड़-भाड़ वाले क्षेत्रों में समुचित सुरक्षा व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश भी मुख्यमंत्री ने दिये हैं। नव वर्ष के अवसर पर सभी जनपदों में यातायात प्रबंधन के साथ मूलभूत सुविधाओं तथा पार्किंग की समुचित व्यवस्था, वाहनों के अनियंत्रित संचालन तथा शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाने पर विशेष निगरानी के साथ ही शराब के ठेकों के आसपास भी सुरक्षा की समुचित व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड में आने वाले सभी पर्यटकों की सुरक्षा, सुविधा एवं आतिथ्य का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाए। साथ ही यह भी सुनिश्चित हो कि चैकिंग के नाम पर आम जनता एवं पर्यटकों को अनावश्यक रूप से परेशान न किया जाय।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देहरादून में जिन स्थानों पर सड़कों पर अतिक्रमण की समस्याएं आ रही हैं, उन्हें सख्ती से हटाया जाए। जिला प्रशासन, नगर निगम, पुलिस, परिवहन तथा एमडीडीए टास्क फोर्स बनाकर सड़कों से निरंतर अतिक्रमण हटायें। अन्य जनपदों में भी जहां सड़कों पर अतिक्रमण की समस्या है, इस पर निरंतर कार्रवाई की जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि भीड़भाड़ वाले स्थानों पर होटल और रिसार्ट्स में भी फायर सेफ्टी और अन्य आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं को देखा जाए। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि किसी भी प्रकार की घटना की स्थिति में पुलिस 5 मिनट के अन्दर मौके पर पहुंच जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि शीतकालीन यात्रा के दृष्टिगत भी सभी व्यवस्थाएं सुचारू रखी जाएं। पर्यटकों की सुविधा के लिए जानकारी केन्द्रों की समुचित व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं। जन सुविधाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए स्ट्रीट लाइट एवं शीतकाल के दृष्टिगत अलाव की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश में सफाई व्यवस्था पर भी विशेष ध्यान दिए जाने तथा प्लास्टिक मुक्ति के लिए अभियान चलाए जाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि इस मुहिम में सामाजिक, राजनीतिक, धार्मिक संगठनों के साथ ही आम लोगों से भी सहयोग लिया जाए।
