सीएम धामी ने सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं कि जन-जन की सरकार जन-जन के द्वार कार्यक्रम के तहत दिव्यांगों, बुजुर्गों, महिलाओं एवं कमजोर वर्ग के ऐसे लाभार्थी जो शिविरों तक नहीं आ सकते, उनके घर तक अधिकारी स्वयं पहुँचें, मौके पर ही आवेदन भरवाएँ और समस्याओं का समाधान सुनिश्चित करें। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह मुख्यमंत्री ने दो टूक कहा कि यह अभियान किसी भी स्थिति में औपचारिकता बनकर नहीं रहना चाहिए।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आज मुख्यमंत्री आवास में जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार कार्यक्रम की विस्तृत समीक्षा कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि इस समीक्षा का उद्देश्य कार्यक्रम को और अधिक गति देना, उसे परिणाम-केंद्रित बनाना और जनता तक वास्तविक लाभ पहुँचाना है। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि यह कार्यक्रम निरीक्षण का नहीं बल्कि सेवा और समाधान का मंच है। बैठक में सचिव श्री विनोद कुमार सुमन एवं अपर सचिव श्री बंशीधर तिवारी उपस्थित रहे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि शिविरों की सूचना पूर्व से व्यापक स्तर पर दी जाए और इन्हें उत्सव के स्वरूप में आयोजित किया जाए। स्थानीय भाषाओं-गढ़वाली, कुमाऊँनी एवं अन्य स्थानीय बोलियों-में प्रचार-प्रसार अनिवार्य किया जाए, ताकि आमजन सहजता से जुड़ सकें। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों को आवेदन के लिए इधर-उधर भटकना न पड़े और प्रत्येक समस्या के समाधान के लिए स्पष्ट समयसीमा तय हो।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह अभियान केवल समस्याएँ सुनने तक सीमित न रहे, बल्कि समाधान की पूरी प्रक्रिया का हिस्सा बने। जहाँ समाधान तत्काल संभव हो, वहाँ मौके पर ही कार्रवाई की जाए। जहाँ समय लगे, वहाँ स्पष्ट समय सीमा और उत्तरदायित्व तय कर लाभार्थी को जानकारी दी जाए। यदि किसी क्षेत्र से फीडबैक संतोषजनक न आए तो वहाँ पुनः शिविर लगाया जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने महिला मंगल दलों, स्वयं सहायता समूहों, युवक मंगल दलों और जनप्रतिनिधियों की सक्रिय सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। बार-बार सामने आ रही समस्याओं की सूची बनाकर शासन के समक्ष रखी जाए। साप्ताहिक प्रगति रिपोर्ट अनिवार्य रूप से मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय को भेजी जाए और धीमी गति से कार्य करने वाले विभागों को चिन्हित किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि इस अभियान के अंतर्गत अब तक 56,550 से अधिक लोग प्रतिभाग कर चुके हैं। उन्होंने हाल ही में बिना पूर्व सूचना अल्मोड़ा के एक शिविर में पहुँचकर स्वयं जनता से फीडबैक लिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि वे आगे भी शिविरों का औचक निरीक्षण करेंगे, ताकि वास्तविक स्थिति सामने आ सके।

बड़े न्याय पंचायतों में एक से अधिक कैंप तथा सुदूर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भी शिविर लगाए जाएँ। आधार कार्ड अपडेशन, आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण जैसी सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराई जाएँ। प्रत्येक कैंप के बाद फीडबैक सर्वे और रिपोर्टिंग प्रणाली लागू हो। लाभार्थियों से ैडै/कॉल के माध्यम से समाधान की पुष्टि की जाए और यह चिन्हित किया जाए कि कौन-सी समस्या बार-बार आ रही है तथा कौन-सा विभाग अपेक्षित गति से कार्य नहीं कर रहा।
